I don't think the Reds wanted him for 2017 so I think he headed back to PNG.

Eddy Fiddow is a gem and he even had a bit of a cult following from a very roudy Easts crowd on Saturday poor old Byron copped it but they seemed to love Eddy. Didn't affect Byron's output- he was excellent with some booming banana kicks. Made for a good atmosphere at Bottomley last Saturday...

Clearly I would have 15 Bulldogs but having watched Easts last week I still think Toby White is the best #13 in the comp. He was let down by those around him but he still stood out.

Reading this review of the season todate are Hedger & Fogerty the coaches under most pressure? They have now both had a few years at the helm of these clubs to be able to demonstrate what impact they have made. For much bravado leading into 2017 both clubs have fallen behind their promising...

I would rather he pull on a Bulldog jersey this Saturday at Bottomley Park but why would the Reds choose to play Duncan Paia'aua at #15 (if Hunt is ruled out) and not Lachie Maranta who has only been given that one game against the Brumbies when he didn't do too much wrong whilst others lost the...

Like most Bulldog supporters I find that "loyalty" rather than "optimism" is a more necessary characteristic!!!!

After 6 rounds the top 5 is predictably Uni, GPS, Snbk, Easts & Bros with Wests in 6th position. Wests finish the first round of H&A with Easts, Bond & Norths. There are a number of Top 5 clashes in rounds 7-9. I won't say it but a good few weeks from the Bulldogs would be nice. Starting...

You just need to have good manners for the cast of Wallaby veterans who will be behind the bar & BBQ - it's great that these guys support their club in this way.

And we should be looking again at bringing Sunshine Coast and Ipswich into QPR/Brisbane Rugby. And a Toowoomba side would be good to see but they all at least have to field a side in each premier division - preferably to have 2 colts teams.

SX I want to see the Saints succeed (I.e. be sustainable) but it has to be done right - set up to be successful not set up to fail.

I also believe that each Premier club should have a women's side.

SX - yes no thanks to the Heavy Bulldogs but my point is that I believe that clubs competing in QPR should be able to field teams in all Doughty Shield grades - quite simply Bond and Logan don't, haven't & are not likely to do so in the near future. The QRU should be endeavouring to foster...

The last 3 clubs admitted to the A grade/Premier grade Hospital Cup Competition have been Sunnybank, GC Breakers & SC Stingrays - of these 3 only Sunnybank evolved into a club competing in all senior & colts grades. I am just thinking outside the box here but I seriously believe that a merged...

I doubt it. I wouldn't think the regular Reds players (including Frisby & Ready) I.e. the guys that have been playing week to week will be given a rest but you might see the likes of Lachie Maranta. You won't see your Aust U20 lads until nearly end of season now. So Filth you will have to...

Former QPR players in the Brumbies side - Toua, Banks, Butler, Arnold, Enever - all blokes the Reds Recruitment didn't want.
