As an impartial I gotta say he’s right. Rebels should have won that but final execution was absolutely appalling. To'omua was horrible. But all credit to the Force who stuck it out and won it tough, fair, and square. That was one for the purists, that’s for sure.

Geez that is a garbage penalty against the Force. North south east west, it didn’t matter which way the Force player rolled there - he got out of the way well and quickly. Put the damn whistle away.

Bryant was SLC First XV captain last year and was phenomenal. Always a big jump up from schoolboys though.

Brumbies were savaged last game by injuries. I think I saw some posters say they would have won by 3 or 4 tries if it wasn’t for the second half scrum issues? With a full compliment of players back the Brumbies should do this easily.

Brumbies fielding a much more settled team than the Reds. Bit nervous about this one...

Great comments Froggy. Agree with all of them. I’ll add Lonergan looked good off the bench too. If it wasn’t for FF (Folau Fainga'a) doing his mugging for the camera after his regular maul tries I often wouldn’t realise he’s on the field. Reckon he could get leapfrogged soon.

Brumbies vs Crusaders too for me. And Reds/Brumbies vs Blues (assuming they don’t fall over in a heap). Which is exciting - those games will have that ‘Champions League’ kind of element to them.

The Rugby Heaven program on Tuesday nights is getting better and better too. I thought it was excellent last week. Really starting to find it’s rhythm.

I gotta say that I think the Reds have been unimpressive though. All respect to the Tahs but we should’ve put more on them here. Way too many cute passes and dropped ball.
