Australia vs British and Irish Lions - 1st Test (Brisbane)

The Wallabies have won their last 4 matches at Suncorp against the Lions Nations by the following scores - Wales 27-19, Ireland 22-15, England 51-15, Scotland 33-16. So given the Lions are the combined side, if we combine those results the score tonight should be Wallabies 133 - Lions 65...

Why is Marto employed as a commentator?

New alternative commentary for those truly sick of Marto - Rampaging Roy Slaven and HG Nelson calling the matches live for Samsung on their new Google+ and iPhone app. http://www.samsungstadium.com.au Doubtful they'll be any less informed than Marto and probably a lot funnier.

Australia vs British and Irish Lions - 1st Test (Brisbane)

Today's email from the ARU says the smartphone thing is only for people sitting in sections 314, 315 and 316 and you need to download a QkR app. So must just be a test run. Doubt it will work overly well though as anyone not on Telstra network will have bugger all connectivity inside the stadium...

Australia vs British and Irish Lions - 1st Test (Brisbane)

No Northern Hemisphere side has defeated the Wallabies at Suncorp Stadium since it was redeveloped 10 years ago. Looking forward to us keeping that record in tact on the weekend. Actually, lets take it back further - undefeated v Northern Opponents at the ground since 1966! Go the Wallabies!

Australia vs British and Irish Lions - 1st Test (Brisbane)

I really like the look of that Lions side. Plenty of Welshmen who we've beaten heaps of times lately, and only 1 Scot who we've not beaten so much of late... Fired and up and ready for it. Bring on Saturday night! Go the Wallabies!

    FIRE UP WALLABY FANS!!!

Stacks of Lions fans boozing up in the Mall now. Hopefully they're peaking early.. Soon they'll realize that Suncorp Stadium is the Wallabies Fortress and all of Brisbane will turn gold in celebration! I'll be there in row 2! Am I fired up? I wouldn't have gotten out of bed at 5am to take...

There's been a final release of Tickets for this Test match so if you're keen and still haven't sorted it out, get on to Ticketek now. Pretty much all classes except Bronze available. Think Silver will be gone soon though. http://premier.ticketek.com.au/shows/show.aspx?sh=WALLABIE13&v=SUN

    Lions Tour 2013

Draping a scarf over your shoulders does not count as "being bold by wearing gold". This is all about trying to get some gold on display around the stadium. I will be wearing it, and if its as plastic as it looks probably also testing it out as a giant frisbee or pop-top. It would be great...

Battle of the Blood Red: Lions v Queensland Reds 8th June 2013

He reckons he wasn't concussed, nothing broken, wants to play. Getting tested in Newcastle today. http://m.couriermail.com.au/sport/rugby/injured-beau-robinson-hopiing-to-play-for-country-against-lions/story-fnh5q2eu-1226660990460

Force vs Waratahs - Super Rugby R17 2013

Battle of the Blood Red: Lions v Queensland Reds 8th June 2013

One of the big unknowns for tonight that I'm not sure has been addressed yet, is just how many Wicked Camper vans can you park up along Riverside Drive at West End? They'll be bumper to bumper tonight!

    Reds 2013

How about we fix that for you in Round 20 then when we're playing to host a home final for the 3rd season in a row?

    Reds 2013

The Reds really have done a fantastic job of turning Suncorp into their Fortress since Link turned up. Since 2010 in 30 regular season matches they've won 25, drawn 1 and lost 4. We lost 4 matches at Suncorp in 2009 alone. So well done to Link and the Reds of 2010 to 2013. Just hope next...

Reds v Rebels, Super Rugby Round 16, 1 June 2013

That match really turned on its head when Higgers went off busted and Link countered by sending on Gill & Saia. Reds completely dominant from then on. Reds go 6 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss at home in 2013. Solid results.

Waratahs Crusaders Friday 31st May 5:40pm AEST

That is seriously the shittest end to a match ever... Well, this weekend anyway. What a waste of 5 minutes.
