They pick a Sat night game, and give everyone who attends a shute shield match on the same day a free (cheap) ticket to the tahs. I do agree with Waju though, the crowds and press that the leagues converts brought was priceless. Maybe sign SBW?

I find it really hard to believe catering is the no. 1 issue. Christ there are bars and restaurants no mroe than 5 mins walk away for pre and post game activites. My suggestions: 1) bring back a game day or two each year so people can actually bring their kids 2) put the pregame on the...

So why don't we have Cheerleaders at the Waratah's games?

I think thats people hapy to go when its a free ticket.

So why don't we have Cheerleaders at the Waratah's games?

I think the biggest issue with tah crowds is ticket prices. They kept jacking the prices up in the mid noughties when most games were sold out and now good seats are about 2 times the equivalent for an NRL match. Sure we can bag NRL all we want but that adds up to a huge cost difference over...

Most Underated players from each Aussie super 15 side.

If yiou judge him on his whole super rugby career, definitely. Fairborther seems a forgotten man to me and would push plamer for the mantle as best scrummaging THP in Aus an is probably bettter around the park.

    Can we have Cooper & O'Conner @10/12?

I was disappointed in JOC (James O'Connor) last night.; he never fired a shot. maybe that was tactics but if so, they were poor. The force never looked like scoring a try and the one player who could have have opened things up for them was being kept away from the ball by his own team WTF?

I'll be in the members looking down my nose at the rabble drowing out the pleasant sound of crickets chirping while I sip my cheap red. e Just kidding. Enjoy - I used to sit in the front row on the 50m line in the old days being very vocal.

    Deans contract extension

I would have waited until after the RWC as frankly I suspect Link is ready to take over if needed anyway. I suspecft Deans will still go if we have a poor World Cup anyway - will just cost us more.

    Reds vs Waratahs, 2011R10

congrats to the reds on a hrd fought win. Was a pretty good game - some basic errors both ways but thats what happens when its tight and teams are pushing the limits and buggered. Coooper was the difference and the tahs had no one even close to him especially once Mitchell got injured. Only...

    Kurtley to Melbourne?

The reality is that the media reporting of such things is so poor and varied it always allows both NSW rugby and Macqueen to say things that are both true provided they keep their statements vague enough, which both are obviously doing. Back to the issue at hand –I am still devastated. I...

    Kurtley to Melbourne?

The real reason he is going is that he can't stand the shame of the shit house sound bites that are played over and over again at full bore at tahs home games this season. I would leave too if possible.

    Blues v NSW Waratahs @ Auckland - 2011R09

You end up in a position where no players are 100% by the end of the season. Most players will have injuries its just the extent to which they can play through them or not which obivously depends on the individual and the injury.
