True, but my preference is that second ballplayer/kicker @ 12 It means they can't focus and rush the 10 as easily But the other option is play the way the French do and rely on Gordon to direct play and have that 12/10 (eg Donaldson) is a ball distributer/runner from 10...

Donaldson is a 12 playing 10 IMHO, solid & direct Whether off the bench or starting I think he will get more game time, I agree re Perese & Walton but I think they are both more suited to 13 than 12 To me you either give your 10 a running back (Foteki or Tepai) or a ball player (Donaldson)...

I think we may see Harrison @10 & Donaldson @12 in the future Donaldson's work was good, but he had Gordon back and forwards working a tad more effectively

The Tahs were horrible, from the moment they got all excited from the kick off and then didn't have a defensive line to the diabolical lineout work

So Cotton on the bench and Horton in the stand

The mitigating factor is that he is a 9 and was where he shouldn't have been

THP needs an upgrade and patience with some of the younger units If their isn't a readily available THP, investment in a youngling or two looking for opportunity

Nice if we could find it, but I think we could invest funds more effectively

There is a difference between creating space, by quality inside work, for a wing who has the pace and ability to get find the line and hoping a unit will continually rumble through 3 or 4 in the last minutes of a game

I don't see Cummins as any better than Caird I actually think we will be OK, I like what Douglas and Williams are doing and when you add Hanigan We can budget a good 50 minutes of TH lock work from Caird and allow the other 3 to fill the other minutes playing the more dynamic stuff with...

It is funny how that has changed, a thousand years ago, if you were any good you were told to change clubs and if you ended up at Randwick there was a major chance you ended up in the Wobs (a mate of mine did and did)

He has gone through the courts and paid the price for his bad decision required by the state Unless he has habitually continued that bad behaviour a reasonable society thinks has has already paid the price What has happened to redemption and mercy?

I would rather see back line play not revolving around the u14s game plan of "give it to the big guy"

Phillips is the only unit who has looked like an actual test lock, the others are adequate

anyhoo, getting the pigs right will be much more important than deciding which show pony will drop the ball next or throw a dumb cut out pass to the ball boy Locks & 6 (we need a lineout option in the backrow) are the issues

We get to disagree here too often his offload is a last chance one handed hail mary, Petaia is immensely talented and quite flawed IMHO Banks was solid at 15 for the Wobs last season and deserves more opportunity. Paisami was playing in the centres last season, doing well and deserved his...
