Definitely if money is the only motivator. I think a large part of the motivation has to be plpying your trade in a different environment. When I watch T14 games I often think how great it would be to be living somewhere in the south of France being paid a truckload to play sport.

Pffft - 39 days til the first Rebels trial match, which remarkably coincides with the time period that will elapse before their first ever match. :yay And aparrently planned to be played at Olympic Park which was the ARC Rebels' home, so a nice tie in to old and new.

I think the Rebels are running 32, but harder for us to bring someone in (especially without an announced academy squad), than anyone else.

This assumes that Cooper was (or is) receptive to the coaching/mentoring from the Wallaby coaching staff. The lack of improvement in his defence could suggest otherwise. Having said that we can only guess at what the dynamics are like within the Wallaby camp.
