This is true also. I've got this feeling though, based on absolutely nothing mind you, that Knuckles will be the coach for next year, and Stiles, Thorn and Marsh will make up his coaching team. You don't need an attack coach when you play ten man rugby!

It's a step in the right direction. I am intrigued by the final sentence of that press release though: "there will be further announcements regarding the coaching structure of the Reds and player retention in the coming weeks". Could this mean that Graham is about to be shown the door?

Fuck me, what a debacle. Why does a head coach -who has been a head coach for quite some time now- need a mentor? Either he can do the job, or he can't. If he can't, then you look to employ a new coach. Seems clear cut to me, and that way you aren't wasting money on employing some mentor...

On a more serious note though, I'm not sure why Knuckles would be brought in to 'coach' Graham. It does add a totally unnecessary layer of complexity. It could be quite possible that players would regress even further, particularly if there are competing coaching philosophies. Best to get rid...
