Quade telling it how it is

What exactly is there to discuss?
  2. The Red Baron

Pumas vs Wallabies, 25th July 2015, Mendoza

I'm fine with that. As long as our tight heads are doing their job in the scrums, I'm happy.

    Reds 2016

Hopefully Brad Thorn will have some influence on his ongoing development.
  4. The Red Baron

Wallabies v. Springboks, 18th July 2015, Suncorp, Brisbane

I have to say, Nigel Owens ran the game really well last night. He must have, because I'm yet to see anyone bitch about a call he made! We're usually pretty quick to sink the boot in when the ref has a shocker, so it's only fair to acknowledge when they have a good game.
  5. The Red Baron

Wallabies vs Springboks 3-2-1 (wallabies best) 18/7/15

    3 Pocock 2 Folau 1 Holmes
  6. The Red Baron

Wallabies v. Springboks, 18th July 2015, Suncorp, Brisbane

Place kicking is going to cruel us if we don't sort it out. Problem is though, who do we have that can consistently kick 80% and from 40m plus?
  7. The Red Baron

Wallabies v. Springboks, 18th July 2015, Suncorp, Brisbane

Those are my thoughts too. De Jäger had a big game when he came on.
  8. The Red Baron

Wallabies v. Springboks, 18th July 2015, Suncorp, Brisbane

This was one of those games where our bench actually strengthened the team, rather than weakening it. To'omua, Phipps, Holmes, Pocock, Sio and Horwill were all excellent.
  9. The Red Baron

Wallabies v. Springboks, 18th July 2015, Suncorp, Brisbane

How the fuck did we win that?
  10. The Red Baron

Wallabies v. Springboks, 18th July 2015, Suncorp, Brisbane

This could get ugly if the wallabies don't start competing.
  11. The Red Baron

Wallabies v. Springboks, 18th July 2015, Suncorp, Brisbane

Again! Where was the clean out on Bismarck? Our breakdown work is nonexistent.
  12. The Red Baron

Wallabies v. Springboks, 18th July 2015, Suncorp, Brisbane

We really need to compete harder at the breakdown.
  13. The Red Baron

Wallabies v. Springboks, 18th July 2015, Suncorp, Brisbane

We're getting bitchslapped up front. And then AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) scores a cracker off a set move!

    Reds 2016

It's far too civil in this thread.
  15. The Red Baron

    Hurricanes V Brumbies Semi-Final, Sat 27th June

And how is this relevant to the Hurricanes vs Brumbies?
  16. The Red Baron

    Hurricanes V Brumbies Semi-Final, Sat 27th June

Who/what did you have in mind? Jason Voorhees, Or Freddy Kruger perhaps? Of will they just commandeer an old ghost train from the local fairground? Sorry, couldn't resist.
  17. The Red Baron

    Hurricanes V Brumbies Semi-Final, Sat 27th June

Well, the Canes could get 15 early red cards, that would help the Ponies' chances.

    Coaching Options for Qld Rugby

If the Reds don't know what the state of the market is, i.e. Knowing what coaches are available and more importantly, coaches that are able to meet the selection criteria and may be interested in the position, then they'll never know. They don't need to go on some lengthy world wide search for a...

    Coaching Options for Qld Rugby

I agree with this. You don't go to open tender when you know what the market looks like. You approach a number of potential providers and invite them to apply. Following a full open process here is a waste of time and resources, for what would potentially be the same outcome. Much better to...

And here I was thinking this thread was about the Reds..
