Tier 3.5 - An Alternative NRC

It is the grass roots pathway that needs the focus, to attract, and to retain the kids under the colts age group, ensure they stay in the game through colts and onto grade. I believe it is far easier having the Premier Clubs achieving this than the ARU, but i believe the ARU should assist with...

Continued decline in Sydney Junior Rugby

This is the point that should not be missed. Few pages back there are the Manly Rugby Camps, and others that have been referenced. I have also touched on three stages; Minis - Participation. Juniors - Development. Seniors - Retention. But one of the biggest points is OPPORTUNITY!!!! 8...

    Waratahs 2017

Really like your 15 - one of the most balanced in years. Only person I'd like to review is Mumm more due to age and looking forward.

    The Wallabies Thread

That is also why I'm against K & K. Hodge being a former 10 could provide what is required @ 12. Then having the right 13 and a back 3 that complement each other we could be very formidable.

    The Wallabies Thread

Is it though??? There are fewer and fewer scrums in our game now, some games go over 20 minutes without one. Then there is one, and then then there is a penalty / free kick and the scrum is never completed. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy scrums. The Hooker was often referred to as the third...

    Manly 2016

#1. Realise that. #2. Agree. #3. That can be viewed in many many ways. Foe me; I don't like racists, and in no way do I condone any of his posts (as you said vile). BUT I'm all for the underdog, hard work, commitment, improvement. If someone makes a mistake, does something stupid, but they learn...

    Waratahs 2017

I read on rugby news about Horwitz being a bolter for the EOYT - serious. I'd have Simone as the starting 12 for the Tah's and Horwitz on the pine - Horwitz has had allot of PR spin coming through, lets see him prove his worth. The past Soup season he got found out on more occassions than he...

Declining participation and ARU plans for the future

Get more kids having fun playing rugby. Economies of scale has it building from there, pretty simple It is ensuring the do's are DONE.

NRC Rnd 7: Rising v Rays

I dont think the top 2 teams are riddled with Soup players either, that comp they play in must be rather okay then.

Declining participation and ARU plans for the future

Grass roots is current investment. And with that future players. Take your eye off it our game will fall appart.

Declining participation and ARU plans for the future

ARU takes a clip from grass roots registration. Invest in grass roots, grow the game, increases the turnover, and in the grass roots space the COGS are less given volunteers. Done well could also increase the supporter base, and their spend. Alot of upside.

Pumas vs Wallabies - Sunday 9th October @ Twickenham

Our 2 leading soup try scorers are playing different positions in test rugby. Izzy scored the most, Hodge 2nd.

    Manly 2016

Hope this works, but not the best with IT. I'm not going to alienate a young 22 year old that i do not know personally from behind a key board. I'd much rather share the following.

    Springboks v Wallabies - Sunday 2 October 1am AEST - Loftus Versfeld

Yes I like the extra dimensions that QC (Quade Cooper) brings an the more game time he gets with his team mates the more they can read him and learn - play never stops. But I dont want the front rowers club always in that channel they should be making an impact and retaining the pill.

    Springboks v Wallabies - Sunday 2 October 1am AEST - Loftus Versfeld

And thus the question earlier - why were they pulled.

    Springboks v Wallabies - Sunday 2 October 1am AEST - Loftus Versfeld

What shouldnt be missed is the lead up, and Hodge stretching them wide down the left hand side first, then a couple of pick and drives to bring in the stretched defence and it open up for the props. Thus i think if Hodge 12, Kerevi (or Izzy) 13, we could build a platform for our specialised...
