I suspect that is the intention

Wallabies Squad - the Link Era

The team should be picked based on the game plan Link wants to play, and the squad should be made up of the players who can either carry out or adapt to that plan. Judging from his Super form (with both the tahs and reds) I think this game will be more up tempo and tactical than the Deans game...

Could be an interesting match. I don't condone ever throwing a match, but I think the reds would be ok if they lost this one

Anyone know where muggo is going? I wonder if link is interested?

    Rebels v Highlanders Rd 20

I could say something unkind about all rebels games being dead rubbers, but then that would just remind everyone they essentially knocked the tahs out of the comp

I'm going - being an ANZ stadium member means it's essentially free (company paid the membership in 2000) so had booked tickets from pre season. But being a member means I get to park and watch from the opposite end to almost everyone else, so I wont see any of you plebs, mwuhahahaha :)

maybe they deemed the 4am burger run, and 5:30 Iguana Bar issues as "falling off the Wagon"?

Aus vs NZ - 1st Test Sydney 17Aug2013

Braveheart81 the hit has been the saviour of australian scrums in the past. we've been able to compete as we get a well timed initial hit that sets us a good platform. The new scrum laws (which I very much agree with on paper) will not advantage the Australian scrum as it stands. It will likely...

Aus vs NZ - 1st Test Sydney 17Aug2013

Also that Saffa scrum was during the "sure, John Smit can play as THP" debarcle. Although IIRC he did have a grubber kick that was worth keeping him in the side for

Izzy himself tweeted he was out 2-3 weeks. I doubt he will play. What has drew done? a big send off game: Mitchell, Barnes, Timani x 2, Ulugia, Kingston, Hart and Carter. Plus those undecided (like Izzy)

Wallabies - a changing of the guard

I suspect as a new coach Link will call a very wide training group to get a look at as many players and combos as he can. To that end I expect JOC (James O'Connor) and KB (Kurtley Beale) will be in the squad. From there it all depends on what he sees. Unfortunately for us as fans we wont be seeing what he sees, but at least it...

not that I advocate Alan Jones throwing his hat in the ring, but is there any credible third choice?

just thinking out loud, if JOC (James O'Connor) did go to the Tahs do you think they could schedule regular prefessional development meetings between JOC (James O'Connor) and Chieka? You'd hold them on a monday evening and sell tickets. Maybe even get Fox to pick up the broadcast rights. I see new income streams in this

Imagine..... Friday training, unfortunate injury, Davies is down! Who can come in to the side at this late stage? second coming of BOD Gatland is a sneaky fucker....
