    Rebels 2018

So alas this thread is almost dead or at the very least on life support. So assuming Nathan Charles wont play next weekend because he is in Tupou-land. Who will our bench hooker be? Do we have any other hookers in the squad?

    Rebels 2018

I didn't expect the Rebels losing to the Reds, but it is the Rebels we should expect the unexpected. With regards to the Sharks I would have thought they were more likely to beat Stormers than the Lions.

Someone mark this in history it could be the first and only time that Shiggins says "I feel sorry for the ref."

    Round 18 - Reds Vs Rebels - Jul 6, 7.45PM

Weak as water. Should change our name to the Melbourne Butchers. Didn't take advantage of a million opportunities. Still making basic errors. Blowing try scoring opportunities, kicking dead instead of finding touch, knock ons, rubbish scrums. Not scoring with an extra man... aargh. No offence...

    Round 18 - Reds Vs Rebels - Jul 6, 7.45PM

At 38 minutes, Rebels led 17 - 10, at half time Reds lead 24-17. In those 6 or 7 minutes the Rebels finals chances may have gone up in flames. Agree re Tupou being a beast.

    Rebels 2018

But this time last week you would have also expected the Sharks to lose to the Lions.

    Rebels 2018

So just thought I would do a bit of an analysis with two rounds to go of our chances to make finals for the first time. Below is analysis of teams we are fighting with for finals spots. 3 Waratahs 39 points Sunwolves (H) & Brumbies (H) ... 5 Chiefs 41 Brumbies (H) & Hurricanes (H) 6...

    Rd 16 - Blues v Rebels, Sat 2nd June @3:00pm

Rock Lobster Deb was very, very, very tired emotionally and physically. Or maybe we are just resting him for our clash with the Force.

    Rd 15 Rebels v Sunwolves

Cynical play / professional foul near try line.

    Rd 15 Rebels v Sunwolves

Read an article (I think by Roy Ward in the Age) where Dave Wessels said that Debreczeni was mentally and physically exhausted and was given a rest.

    Super Rugby Round 11, Stormers v Rebels - Friday 27th April @11:05pm

Problem at the moment is we don't have many other hooking options at the moment with Uelese injured and Vailanu in Sydney and we have Malolo on the bench. Yes letting Hanson go not the best idea.
