If a player is UK qualified, there are a heap of opportunities in the UK. If not, you have to qualify as a marquee foreign player ( I think - however will stand corrected) . Its the opposite here. As an example, Lewis Carmichael went to the Force as a young up & comer. No issues with residency...

Coleman has had a brilliant roster with The Eagles and on paper, should have won the comp. His club sides have under performed although the Rats are going well this year. I don't rate him as compared with Simon Cron who took a team of handy players, developed them, and won a comp. From the SS...

Think you might find there are people signed or agreed to sign who have yet to be announced. The ARU moratorium would have stopped people being signed unconditionally. Expect to see some announcements soon is my tip.
