Hi O/T - am also loving the SS - Wicks are going well however Eastwood have wily coaches and are more likely to lose at the start of the season than the end - they had about 5 players out on the weekend. I think all the top teams have players coming back - can you imagine the Marlins with Ed...

Agree - was disappointed that Eastwood were a tad thuggish - in past years they have played tough hard yet fair - perhaps the current team aren't good enough so have to resort to that rubbish

Woodies had at least 4 regular 1st graders out - they are always a different side closer to the finals

I agree however note the Woodies always seem to do better in the later part of the season so dont think the others can take much from this

Heard a whisper Declan ODonahue may be back after a long stint in rehab. Lets hope he makes a successful return with some better luck than previous seasons.

A few of he Tahs forwards look past it too me. Dave Dennis has been a great servant to the Tahs however does not seem to be up to it now. Cliffy is OK as bench player but cant go on forever. Mummy is 32 - still puts in however must also be approaching the end.A few gaps to fill ASAP.

Perhaps start an additional forum to place the lower grade lists - might make it easier to look at/though - I do appreciate looking at the lower grade lists

Jack Pennington played Colts for the Wicks. I also believe he is the nephew of Peter Jorgenson who played a few games for the Wicks.
