    Pace - Specifically "BLISTERING" Pace

i loved tuquri, but he was a perfect example of someone spending too much time in the gym> put on way too much weight and lost his pace and specifically his acceleration (exactly what i fear has happened to oconner)

    Horwill's captaincy

my opinion that horwill is not the man to lead the wallabies is not based on last nights performance> i jus wanna make that clear> im sure any reds supporter will agree that he does like going for a try when 3 points are on offer> sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt during the world cup...

    Horwill's captaincy

i do think genia thinks about his decisions a bit more> i could be wrong on that> but its just the way it seems to me> i think he is more likely of the two to take the 3 points when on offer> sometimes this means they miss out on 7> which is why horwills good> but then games like last night happen

    Horwill's captaincy

my issue is not with the game plan- it was horwills inability to make a cool calm and collected decision that strayed from the plan when it was required> horwill is a great captain for the reds, but too often over the years he makes a decision that the suncorp crowd will cheer to in my opinion>...

    Horwill's captaincy

i dont think hes the man to lead the wallabies games like last night where a cool head was required to take the points on offer and horwill constantly went with the rush of blood decision> and hes got a history of doing that i was very critical of his leadership during the world cup- on so many...

    Pace - Specifically "BLISTERING" Pace

the poor defensive player i was suggesting has won a s15 and trination much more recently, hes not small and hes not a winger> i think a defensively poor player can certainly be 'carried' in s15 if they bring something special to the attack

    Pace - Specifically "BLISTERING" Pace

im a bit scared to name anyone, i believe those north of the tweed still teach creationism in their schools and dont allow the government to put fluoride in the water, im scared to think of what the torch and pitchfork carrying mobs might do to me

    Pace - Specifically "BLISTERING" Pace

tomkins was playing a rugby union test against the wallabies hey i totally agree he'd have to put on weight- (12 lbs to match aplon from the stats im seeing) but he'd still be the fastest man in union if he put on those pounds > and if he could be as good as aplon he'd be very happy id say and...

    Pace - Specifically "BLISTERING" Pace

fair point, but defensively poor players have won s15 and trinations before 72-73kgs is small but used well that kind of pace is almost unstoppable- last time i saw a player under 80kgs play a test was sam tomkins(english rugby league) for the barbarians against the wallabies a lil while back>...

    Pace - Specifically "BLISTERING" Pace

    Pace - Specifically "BLISTERING" Pace

the ability to burn players for pace is something that cant be tought- you either got it or you dont so few players in the world actually have it> id say the only one in australia at the moment thats got it would be mogg beale has it when fit, oconner probably had it before this years weight...
