Seems hoops would help. The second is only one of four filters, but with the most obvious flattening of colours.

We need that colourblind filter on the Force heritage jersey in a game, or Waikato (I think) in the NPC. I stand corrected, meant hoops. Vertical stripes don’t work in rugby, fact.

I am a fan of molman’s and Raelenes ones. also, would one team in a striped uniform help with the colour blind?

My personal option would be a striped jersey as an alternate, unless, like Japan it’s already striped. I don’t have a reason, would just like to see a little variety.

If we run a 6-2 bench we need utility. Hodge covers 10-15. In my opinion JOC (James O'Connor) isn’t quick enough anymore to play anything but 10-12, but he kicks goals. Petaia has a lot more flexibility as he can cover 13-15 (12 at a pinch?), has been injury prone in the past, which wasn’t as much of a problem...

In one of those European games on BeIN a winger slapped an intercept, chased it and dived to catch it. If he hadn’t caught it it would’ve been yellow.

Nutrition/fitness are one thing, but the non lineout option is where coaches here are at a loss. These French clubs seem to utilize the big guys better. Our coaches should adopt their tactics and there’s a better chance the big guys will see opportunities here.

We need to adopt whatever fitness and game strategies to incorporate these massive blokes. Pick Skeltons brain on how playing/training in France is different to here. We should be scouring league carnivals and junior rep games to find players that are too big for that game and bring them over...

I agree. Of those available, Talaki and Nonggoor are capable of playing long minutes if the starter goes down injured early. But as BR points out, the incumbents are both on the plane, so unless one of them gets injured between now and then, we probably won’t see Nonggoor
