I don't know why we are getting our knickers in a knot about bias in selections or who is going to be captain. Players are not chosen for the Aus Schools team in direct proportion to the results in the Nationals; that argument doesn't have legs. I remember one year at Riverview when NSW II...

^^^^^^ It's actually the same distance at 2pm - but I know what you mean. Yeah Goddard is phenomenal and in addition to your plaudits he has the speed to play in the outside backs and also the ball-playing skills of a rainmaker. .

We have a roster for GPS (and CAS) but Azzuri had to pull out at the last moment and it was too late to contact the backup Nectarphiiac. Similarly the writer for the Shore v View game had to pull out sick and the backup had already left for the ground but I only knew that when my convo wasn't...

Aloys have win all their games from now on including beating Knox - and Knox have to lose to somebody else as well. Then they will be tied on competition points - don't know what the tie-breakers are - if any. .

OK OK - let's stop the posts about the behaviour of the players. People often complain about such restrictions quoting free speech and the like but it only serves to denigrate schoolboy rugby and the CAS in particular. And as the boss, Hugh Jarse, often points out - this is not a democracy...

The CAS site is down but I don't recall that it gave the standings anyway. Anybody know the points table after six rounds? Or how many games you know a team or teams have won so we can work it out? Knox 6 Cranbrook 1 Others? .
