    Melbourne Rebels 2024

Saying they only get it back under liquidation doesn't mean they get it back under liquidation. They won't ever see more than a few cents on the dollar of that money and they would know that now just as well as when they paid it. It's a ridiculous suggestion that that would be the reason they...

    Round 11 - Waratahs v Hurricanes - Friday 5:30pm

There was briefly during the height of covid, but it didn't last. In the meantime 4 of the Australian sides have gone about building depth in their wider squad with post season matches and tours. Not sure why the tahs didn't see the value, but they're paying for it now.

    Wallabies 2024

Yes, the place where all the front rowers are getting injured is definitely the safest place for him. Lightning never strikes twice ten times

Probably best Bell moves up here full time then, we need a wallaby as important as him receiving the best possible care at all times.

    Wallabies 2024

The quacks in Sydney have failed him, so Bell is headed up to QLD for some world class medical care and foot reshaping: https://www.rugby.com.au/news/injured-wallaby-bell-set-to-undergo-foot-reshaping-as-he-eyes-off-test-return-202452 Aiming to be back in September for the Bledisloe.

I think Williams is there and there abouts in the lock conversation, particularly backing up some of the more technical options like Frost, but I'm not sure how much of an option he is at 6. Certainly not impossible he could play at 6, but I think I'd want to see him do a fair bit of it at a...

    Melbourne Rebels 2024

Yeah, but that's all just the stick still. Even then it's a one off hit to the bottom line versus the ongoing drain of keeping the Rebels in business for a few years before they collapse again because the model isn't viable, likely leaving RA in a worse place. There's also the reality that the...

    Melbourne Rebels 2024

Fair enough for the Victorian government to come in with the stick, but they'll need to offer a carrot as the alternative if they want to get anywhere with it. It doesn't matter too much what RA might miss out on without the Rebels if they're not viable as an ongoing concern - if that can't be...

    Waratahs 2024

Aside from the fact that it's last year's annual report, Edmed is kicking at something like 85% for the season, I'm not sure you can pull out the "if only he'd made a couple of kicks" line. It's more a case of how much further behind the tahs would be looking if he was kicking at a more average 75%.

Crusaders v Reds: International Star Wars Day 4:35pm NZST

Is it anymore of a gamble then sticking with the other 10s they've been using (assuming Burke is still out)?

    Waratahs 2024

Think there might be a few others in line before Tom Carter if that happens - Casslick, M. Levi, T. Levi, etc. Maybe the Lily Dick statue can also be representative of Tom Carter's career?

    Round 11: Brumbies v Fiji Drua Sat 4th 7.35PM @ GIO STADIUM

Will be interesting to see how the Brumbies defence goes. It was much improved last week but it has felt a bit reliant on Toole's pace to help shut down line breaks coming off the higher than normal amount of missed tackles. Not sure there's anyone that can quite cover that for them...

    Wallabies 2024

I don't know, December was full of articles about financial strife and a pending collapse. I'd be very surprised if there wasn't already significant concern amongst the playing group, or at least their management.

    Round 11 - Waratahs v Hurricanes - Friday 5:30pm

The injuries to Hanigan and Holloway here have obviously compounded the problem, but how many times has Coleman run the same lock combo two weeks in a row this season? Feels like he's chopped and changed at least one of them each week.
