phipps will get the go at 9 again....i think...though his confidence looks shot. praying for inman, kingi and mortlock.

Horne is absolutely not international 13 quality this season. I would have AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) at 13 over horne. horne looked pretty poor yesterday and continues to miss tackles like a 2011 rebel.

    Cooper Vuna gets 2 weeks

looked worse than warburton's for my money. stupid tackle. 2nd season or not.

we are in a world of trouble in the backs for this thursday. cipriani still gone, mortlock probably out, inman not looking like he's going to return, and kingi an unknown. against weepu, ranger, nonu, stanley et al.

Rebels v Highlanders Rnd 6 Super Rugby 2012

atrocious second half. do not understand how lloyd's was a yellow. he brought him down with control and landed him on his back. vuna's tackle was just plain dumb and utterly pointless. the play had moved on, the ball was gone and then he lifted. there is no point to that except to take yourself...

i've heard that. but it was over 12 years ago when he was 16. anyways. he's going to the storm for life apparently. re the yoga. a lot of teams do. I know the swans and other footy teams have it as a regular part of their routine, ditto pilates. you'd think rugby teams would too. the hammies...

mungo's care. we don't need another league convert. their success rate is low and we've got one who is succeeding with flying colours and one who is starting to come good. probability says our next one will be rubbish. we certainly don't need a 5'10 league five eighth

I would agree. hamstring injuries are more often than not the result of an improper workout routine. With JOC (James O'Connor), Beale (granted his was existing), Kingi, Cipriani and Inman all sidelined with hamstring injuries it makes you wonder if the backs are being properly conditioned. that's a lot of...

must just have been that force game then and safe to say the weather diminished the crowd all round. Expecting the biggest crowd of the season for the blues game and hopefully another bumper one for the crusaders. need to bring the average attendance up. its a fair bit down on last years.

What if Greg Growden was on GAGR??

my snouts at the ARU tell me that a certain member of a rugby related discussion forum, who writes under a certain monicker and supports a provincial team, has been spotted at a cafe in his home town and reportedly has an uncanny resemblance to a certain journalist at a certain national paper...

Hamstrings are the bane of our existence JOC (James O'Connor), Beale and Kingi back though. I'll take that trade

get the ball rolling early cipriani is out and JOC (James O'Connor), Beale and Kingi should be back. Squad thoughts? Who should play 10? In Inman's absence do we slot Gerrard or Mitchell into 13 Henderson Freier Weeks Pyle Jones Saffy Chamberlain Delve Phipps Beale Vuna JOC (James O'Connor) Mitchell Kingi Gerrard bench...

i'd think so too. a tough coaching decision. but he has been out for awhile, so i could see the coach wanting to give him a shorter stint on the field.

third post in a row - bam the crowds are pretty average small thus far when compared to last year. I am hoping and expecting this will pick up for the Blues game and the Crusaders game - the bulls match should attract a decent crowd as well. Has the army lost a few members this year? you...

indeed. I was stunned at huxley's form in the game compared to the previous week. he was an entirely different player. This could be a watershed moment for the team. they have proven to themselves that they don't need JOC (James O'Connor) and Beale in the squad to score tries and to win games. If we have...
