    Shute Shield 2019

Anyone down at Manly Oval today? - how have the lower grades gone against an increasingly strengthening Gordon club?

    Shute Shield 2019

I wouldn't over think it If the Wallabies go relatively deep in the RWC we'll see a load of media coverage as per the last one.

Rats vs Marlins attracted 8000 today at Manly Oval. Shute Shield is building a product that is gaining interest.

    Shute Shield 2019

How the Marlins lost that one I do not know. Rats were junk in the first 40. Crowd officially quoted as over 8000 - oval was the fullest that I've seen. Gordon apparently calling a big crowd for their local derby vs Norths with kickoff at circa 6.30.

    Shute Shield 2019

Yea agreed. Great to see the stags back. They also have 5 grades, 4 colts team and a women’s team playing today. More depth than most other clubs. Pity aboutbthe state of the pitch though.

Fuck me. Cant find scores anywhere apart from norths hammering the rats and the game on channel 7 with easts belting uni. Anyone know scores?

Maybe 15k at the scg. Was raining sadly. The tv ratings have taken a hit now fum-ball and mungo has started. Disappointed at the tahs ratings. Should be better than that. How did the a-league go this weekend?

    Round 5, Sunwolves v Reds, 16/3 @ Tokyo

how many first choice players are back for the Brumbies game? Thor and Rodda are the 2 I'm aware of. Any others? If they can keep their depth (gutted about losing Jordie) they could go deep into the tournie. Good for Aus rugby.

    Reds 2019

the aussie conf starting to look interesting. 8 points in it with the reds, tahs and rebs with a game in hand.

I took Mrs Crashy and junior crashy to the Argentina test match in june a couple of years back and while freezing at 4 degrees I wouldn't have said it wasn't pleasant. Though the locals who were sitting under a mountain of blankets...

on the league thing. Going by my wife and her friends recent comments about the game - I think they'll lose a chunk of the decision makers who decide if kids play . watch that game. I'm done and don't expect to watch a game ever again - just don't want anything to do with it.

12k at the Brumbies / Tahs game. Granted it was a friday night game but the games used to attract 20k.... Gut feel is crowds and TV ratings up a bit on last year but Aus teams need to keep improving to sustain it.
