Wingers, who needs em: 30 more ready to step straight in between normal pathways, league pathways and not quite Super level kiwis.
Personally think Koriobete moving on not the end of the world in terms of money he frees up - as got some good attributes but for whatever reason rugby smarts not so strong as just a bullocky strong winger that was probably lucky to represent the wallabies personally.Koro will be gone too.

Aren't wingers typically the highest paid position in Europe? think everyone needs good wingers.......Wingers, who needs em: 30 more ready to step straight in between normal pathways, league pathways and not quite Super level kiwis.

Mean v Median?^ it would be interesting to see all the data behind that and how much the top few contracts in each position skew the results. I.e. trying to get down to how contract value varies by position for essentially like for like players.
If 7s are ranked so lowly in the NH, they must be shaking their heads in bewilderment at the Wallabies continually playing two of them (arguably sometimes three of them) in test matches since 2015.

I think it comes down to the way different countries play, in Aus and NZ no7 would be one of the highest paid. Cane, Savea, Hooper, Pocock. With the way the game is going hooker will be increasing in value in the next few years. If 7s are ranked so lowly in the NH, they must be shaking their heads in bewilderment at the Wallabies continually playing two of them (arguably sometimes three of them) in test matches since 2015.

It could also just come down to the fact that Europe hasn't produced many great 7s. They all seem to play two 6's. Robshaw as an example, doesn't have a shade on any of Hooper, Pocock, Cane, Savea, etc.I think it comes down to the way different countries play, in Aus and NZ no7 would be one of the highest paid.
