Uni running rampant. In complete control and Norths almost reduced to spectators.

Good to see Angus Bell who was playing 1st XV for Newington last year handling 1st grade. 1st grade rugby is a difficult place for a 19 year old, but in the front row is almost impossible yet the kid is more than holding his own.

Shore led 7-0 halfway through the 2nd half but Newington finished strongly to score 3 tries in 10 minutes.

Indeed they have. Nothing between the three teams. Shore clearly well-coached and have some talent.

In an ideal world the pathway would be SS/Bris Premier rugby etc, into NRC or whatever ends up filling that space, then assistant Super before being given a Super Rugby gig. I'd even say that a stint coaching overseas would give an even better grounding. Coaches makes mistakes just like players and...
