Springboks v Wallabies, Loftus Versfeld, Sun 9th Jul 1.05am AEST

One area in the review that Eddie will go off his nut with is the amount of times a loose ball was on the ground and we didn’t dive on it. Tom Wright specifically in the Boks first try had better bring a protective shield for that review, he’s going to be made an example of in front of the...

Springboks v Wallabies, Loftus Versfeld, Sun 9th Jul 1.05am AEST

Some misguided and extremely questionable takes on this thread. I just watched the game and I can’t pinpoint anyone that was absolute garbage. Sometimes I wonder if I’m watching the same game or if half the people have any proper knowledge of how the game works in these threads. Reality is we...

    Queensland Reds 2024

Eddie made the RWC final 4yrs into his England stint, 4.5yrs if you want to be more specific. So guess Eddie will be leaving 1.5yrs earlier than the teams height of their powers

Those people have 0 idea how professionalism works in 2023

    Melbourne Rebels 2024

Great news I cannot think of another player in Aus that would benefit more from a SRAU or an NRC (that isn’t all about throwing the ball around). He still plays the game like it’s a club match where he’s very loose with everything he does. Desperately needs to tighten up his game.

Gets MOTM in game 1 One of our best in game 2 Plays a solid match in game 3 but makes a silly individual play in the 80th minute and is called selfish, overrated and not deserving.

    Wallabies 2023

Was a good opportunity to deviate the conversation from where it was going

It’s laughable for people to think in a pro environment certain players get a leg up because of their name. As if people are prepared to put their job on the line by not selecting the best possible players. This thought process just doesn’t make sense. “Hey I’m prepared to lose my 6 figure...

Nongoor to come off the bench as Tupou isn’t quite there yet, although is now in full training. Article I read on the roar said only started scrummaging recently. So suspect will see him next game

Apparently Tom Hooper to make his debut with Vunivalu on the wing

My 2 cents on this is society sits on extremes. Previously society didn’t handle issues well and we didn’t talk about things, now society talks to much about things that people self diagnose and mentally talk themself into issues that don’t exist. We need a more balanced approach. Just like we...

Comparing how someone played against Fiji to England or Ireland, gotta be having a laugh.

Bowen has passing skills like Mo’unga but unfortunately kicks like Jake McIntyre. He needs serious work in this area to be close to playing Super Rugby

Whoever is calling the lineout needs to stop calling mid or the back. Don’t think Eng have called beyond 3. It’s just stupid selection in these conditions

Big fan of Wilson but can already see he’s continuing the great Australian tradition of naively attempting a box kicking without a blocker infront.

    Melbourne Rebels 2024

There is a massive squeeze going on in the English game because there is so many players available in the market with fewer teams. The salaries of the top guys need to be competitive with the Top 14, so the middle guys are getting low salaries offered. It will force a few to look down here, if...

Yeh I think easily ahead of Tuttle. Not sure about Louwrens.

Apparently the Rebels have signed Jack Maunder from the English Prem. Has been capped by England.

This is a post from someone that knows their stuff. 100% agree. I’d rather Timani running at me than McMahon but I’d also rather gang tackle McMahon off a pick and go around the ruck. It’s why we need balance across the field from not just who can jump in the line out etc. but who offers...
