    Wallabies 2021

Everyone keeps calling for Lolesio to start at 10 but he is no more ready now than when he took on the All Blacks, maybe less so having played no rugby since. I think we need to go with JOC (James O'Connor) for this match through default. Noah can be on the bench. He didn’t look great last week. Deer in the...

Wales v Australia, Sunday 21st 4.30 am ADST.

It could be that the centre unit is wrong. I say play Perese at 13 and give JOC (James O'Connor) someone nearby to carry through traffic. I believe Noah was also missing this in the Bleds. He also needs to play flatter most of the time and feed his forward runners. Perese is also good at the breakdown. Ikitau to...

    England v Australia - Twickenham, 14 Nov, 4:30am AEDT

TBF Ikitau is a very good talent and he combined very well with Kerevi. Your centers are a unit and when one changes often both need to change to make them a strong pairing.

Time will tell. We have seen little from him in attack. Conrad Smith was an incredible attacking player. Their second playmaker at 13 at the time. I don’t think Ikitau is a similar sort of player. He needs the playmakers elsewhere.

Wright and Ikitau are too loose in the carry and with throwing the hail Mary pass at the end. Between them they gave England half of their possession. JOC (James O'Connor) is also guilty of the last second offload that is not worth the risk.

    England v Australia - Twickenham, 14 Nov, 4:30am AEDT

I am warming to Leota. He gets better with every outing and has shown that he has good lineout skills. His running game is superior to that of Swinton and he does not have the same card threat level. Valetini coming along very nicely as well. Our forwards are shaping up despite the poor...

    England v Australia - Twickenham, 14 Nov, 4:30am AEDT

Hes not making anything happen or running into holes. He is great defensively but we need to score points. Perese, like Kerevi, can make good yards through traffic and also has a nose for the line. How many times has he turned over the pill in the last two tests? Enough to spend some time on the...

    England v Australia - Twickenham, 14 Nov, 4:30am AEDT

Ikitau was good outside of Kerevi(who wouldn’t be) but still had little impact in attack then. Since then our midfield has been ineffective and when he has found space he turns over the pill. I’d run Perese at 13 against Wales and give O’Connor a go to for trucking it up and getting over the...

Rodda is a machine. He does a lot of the work at the coal face and just does not stop. His set piece is also top notch.

    England v Australia - Twickenham, 14 Nov, 4:30am AEDT

He is eligible, as is Beale, on the strength of the time they have already committed to Super Rugby and the Wallabies. He is as eligible as any player in Super Rugby. So, there needs to be a resolution with his club. I am sure if he declares a desire to be a part of the Wallaabies from now until...

    England v Australia - Twickenham, 14 Nov, 4:30am AEDT

I think Rodda has been consistently good. Arnold and Skelton do not look as though they add anything. If anything they are both a yard slower than Swain and Philip

    England v Australia - Twickenham, 14 Nov, 4:30am AEDT

Our defensive effort was gritty at times. Thats the only positive I can see from the game. There should be a few changes for next week and we hope that Hooper, TT and AA are all available. Philip and Swain back in for Arnold and Skelton. Perese starts at 13. Kellaway at 15 with Daugunu coming...

    England v Australia - Twickenham, 14 Nov, 4:30am AEDT

Jock is a good player and has a good turn of speed. He is a little small for a test fullback. Like every position, someone needs to put their hand up and claim the spot. Valetini has done it this year as has Kellaway. Cooper and Kerevi have shown that they are the best available in their...

    England v Australia - Twickenham, 14 Nov, 4:30am AEDT

This has really been a bit of a tour from hell for us. The whole Japanese player debacle after leaving a bunch of players at home, losing Reece Hodge after Japan and now the double TH prop whammy. Hopefully adversity brings out the best in this bunch!

    England v Australia - Twickenham, 14 Nov, 4:30am AEDT

I agree on Kerevi but also feel that Cooper is almost as important. Its him and then daylight at 10. Their combination is important. Cooper knows how to use Kerevi. Maybe one of the young blokes will learn how to do the same. Cooper also fed his forward runners very well. He could see them and...

You would have to think that Eddie picked him there thinking he would match up with Perese
