Going by the after match speeches and from what I've seen so far it would appear that Lachlan Cannell has the gig! And he's doing a great job! Will be confirmed at the Newington rugby launch on Friday week. Watch this space!:)

I don't think this is unduly biased GPSrow. Most other contributors have posted teams with 4 from Newington - you have added Josh Mitchell, which is fair enough IMO based on his current form and his game last weekend at View. I haven't seen a lot of the other contenders though - good to see...

What's happened to Bill Pendlebury? Is he still playing rugby and if so - where? I knew him when he was at the Vikings club in Wollongong before his family relocated to QLD! He was a very promising lad! I hope he's still with our game although he was a pretty handy Oz-baller as well! :)
