Yes, a ten year deal was made from the Wales Test series a few years back. Given the new ARU Centre is being built next door (partly funded by the SCG Trust), I would imagine they would extend this agreement.

My understanding is that the coach of the defending premiers coaches GPS 1's. Not sure of the pecking order if there are joint premiers. Maybe the other coach gets the 2's. This happened in 2014 where the New coach got 1's and Blackburn got the 2's (Scots & New shared 2013 premiership)

Because the SCG is a crap place to watch rugby, as is the MCG, because you're too far from the field. The capacity of the SFS is only 2,500 <SCG, so may as well play it there.
