    Shute Shield 2012

I hope Ale does well. I remember his form for schoolboys, it was awesome. Unfortunately for him and the ARU he became injury prone as were his peers Coridas and Ma'a.

    Phil Blake

My main point is what are the ARU doing about improving our coaching stocks? Not sure they are doing much. It starts with the Foundation course followed by Level 1 and then Level 2. Once you hit Level 2 you are in limbo unless invited by Robilliard to do your Level 3. Therefore the majority of...

    Phil Blake

With all the discussion about the Force coaching job I haven't heard his name mentioned once. Quick background shows that he has coached at Souths and Manly at club level and then the force as an assistant and the Wallabies also in an assistant role. I wonder where to now for a guy like him...

Selection politics and bias, Gold Squads unfairness etc.

From reading Lee Grants posts I would have thought that the CHS lock would have made a team. Was he ripped off or injured?

Australian Schoolboys & National Championships 2012

Lalakai is in Yr 12. Also Willie O doesn't have a son in senior school. His eldest finished last year.

Pritchard is the only Riverview player on this list playing in the 16s.

I wonder under what circumstances did he hurt his shoulder? Maybe you could inform the rest of the forum of the incident. He definitely, as you state, is a student who is 16 this year and has been training with the opens for the majority of the pre season. That said he was also sighted at 16s...

We've got a live one here.

    NSW AAGPS Rugby U/16 2012

Surely with your intimate knowledge of the Riverview 16's you should be able to work out which one of your allstars has played a game in the B's this year. I wont name him as I don't want to embarrass anyone, especially as you've decided to put these players into an unrealistic position as world...

I wonder if Doonsley knows that one of the kids he is promoting is only in the A's because of injury. Hardly a player who has had his rep career stolen by political appointments.

Seriously? I think you need to look at your response.

    Shute Shield 2012

According to the IRB website Ofa Faingaanuku is registeredwith Manly. Can anyone confirm this? I know he played a bit of colts there many moons ago.

    Sydney Colts 2012

I spoke to him pre season in the View Sportsmasters office. He was headed to grade. It's a shame that he wasn't able to come back and play some colts. If he had it might have meant a close contest in the final. Although Uni won 38 - 19 in the 1st round it was 4 tries to 3.

NSW Schools - Trial Games and Selections 2012

Why aren't CHS, CCCand AICES represented by a selector. It is a joke. 3 GPS, 2 ISA and 1 CAS is hardly representative of the different organisations.

Wells injured. Wont play this year.

Lee Grant you are starting to remind me of Bruce Ross with your posts .

    Shute Shield 2012

They should get a medal for that. 30 players, I wonder who was doing who a favour.

    NSW AAGPS Rugby U/16 2012

16Bs - Joeys 15 - 0. 16As - Joeys 17 - 5. No intensity from Riverview in both games. Joeys with way too much mongrel.
