    Rebels 2015

Positive: Hoops! White jersey is home jersey! Negative: Weird shading. Over-designed white armpit daggers. Overall a fan, if they had kept the colours solid and toned down the need for weird panels it would easily be the best yet. I tend to stick to the classic styled wool hooped one they put...

    Ireland v Australia

Timani looked good in the NRC and more importantly stayed healthy through the whole season. However he still has tits for hands and goes missing at times, he needs more time starting for the Rebels first. Tala Grey seemed to be the better all round player at 8, not as big impacts but had a more...

    Ireland v Australia

Very happy Jones is getting a start, think he may have a point to prove after the French test. Though am a bit sad to see McMahon couldn't even make a 27 man bench, thought but I guess Schatz covers 8 better and deserves a chance after some good NRC games. Expect/Hope that Benny A, Skelton and...

While none of our props are world beaters (yet) they're mostly all quality soup players. Feels good being just about the only Australian club not desperate for decent props. I'll grasp on too any positives I can.

    EOYT 2014

He was indeed, my only guess is it's because he's probably viewed as an 8 man only and now Benny Mac is back whereas McMahon can cover a few spots.

    EOYT 2014

Makes a lot of sense to me, I can see why Cheik likes him as he's probably the closest player to hooper going around. Fast, agressive, skillful and a good link man. He's a bit bigger than hooper so is a bit of a 'notta' but can cover all the positions in the back row, 6 and 7 in particular...

    Wallabies v All Blacks @ Suncorp - 18/10/14

I would love too see that combo and have genuinely thought that should be wallabies long term 10-12 combo for some time now but injuries have not been kind. I think link will run with Foley and Lilo though, no real issues with either player (Lilo's kicking aside) but I don't think it has...

Don't disagree, I meant more if they were going to make a relatively untested left field choice why not reward success? Also what happened to Weeks? He's back playing so not injured. Just a weird selection on the surface.

    Wallabies v All Blacks @ Suncorp - 18/10/14

Faulkner is a bit odd, you would think if they were looking for a performing tight head they might choose from the scrum toweling all the others in the NRC. Good to see Godwin, English and Jones back in though. Speight save us too please.

    Reds 2015

Well they are looking for someone to replace higgers after all.

    Reds 2015

He's an excellent super rugby player, great signing by the reds. Really fits that higgers/samo sized hole that's been missing. However does this mean if everyone is fit Curtis rides the pine again? Personally I'd bench Schatz but I can't see that happening.

    Kurtley Beale

I don't want him to self destruct. I want him to play to the best of his immense ability and not continually get into trouble off the field. However after 7 years it's pretty clear that's not going to happen now so I'll be glad if he's given the flick, not because of schadenfreude but because...

    Argentina v Australia, Mendoza 4/10/14

Fair points actually, I'm a changed man. I now expect him to roll c*nts for 75 minutes after fingers goes off with a broken dreadlock.
  16. Deputy Van Halen

    Argentina v Australia, Mendoza 4/10/14

Don't mind the run on team at all but the bench looks pretty dicey, Mann-Rea over Hanson? Wut. No KB (Kurtley Beale) is a large indicator to his fate as mentioned.

    Argentina v Australia, Mendoza 4/10/14

Maybe the wobs could borrow the Argie alternate strip for the game? Not a bad piece of kit that one. Just dab the southern cross on the chest with some white out and it'll be good to go.

    Reds 2015

Great news, clearly there is some potential there if he was the first unsigned kid the NZRU ever offered a top up. Surely it should be an EPS spot though, chucking him in super scrum this early may be very detrimental to his career. For all we know he could end up in the backrow or become...

    Rebels 2015

Pyle and Woodward are the only big losses imo and I think we've done well in recruiting backs. I am a bit worried About Shipperly though as that was a nasty injury for a winger. I wonder how his recovery is going?
