James Slipper wins Pilecki Medal! Big congratulations to him, consistantly a strong performer, one of the real workhorses for Queensland.

2012 Rugby Championship Round 3 Game 1 Australia vs South Africa - 8 Sep

I really think Tapuai needs to get a gig sometime very soon, whether it be at 12/13/Bench, he is the type of 12 we are looking for. All rounder, good tackling, good distribution, handy left foot kicker and most importantly line-breaker. Was the best Australian back this season before injury.

    Qld Premier Rugby 2012

Souths have had Beau Robinson, Van Humphries, Quade Cooper and Chris F'Sautia? And no one is bitching about that, I just think alot of us get disgruntled that Sunnybank have so many Reds in their ranks, which they have all developed through Juniors. Good on Wests and Souths, no one is taking...

    Reds 2013

Pilecki Medal: Scott Higginbotham (only because Genia had a shitty first 6 or so rounds). Most Improved: Jake Shatz/Liam Gill/Mike Harris/Luke Morahan/Dom Shipperely (Can't really pick one) Rookie: Chris F'Sautia Peoples Choice: Will Genia

    Unsigned Club Players XV

Damn he would of been really really handy for the Reds next year. Not taking anything away from Jarrad, but Cottrell would of definatly taken the pressure of Quirk and the aging Samo. Oh well.

    Unsigned Club Players XV

Tasi is in France I think. And I don't think those other three would be offered a a lower contract. COTTRELL!!!

    Unsigned Club Players XV

I was going to say AJ Gilbert, but he doesn't really fit the "young" description.

University are definatly flying under the radar this season. Alot of talk on the usuals (Brothers, Bank, GPS, Easts), but the Students have been up there all season. Given Brothers slip in form recently, I think a Sunnybank vs University final is a good chance.

2012 Rugby Championship Round 3 Game 1 Australia vs South Africa - 8 Sep

I think the Honey Badger is ready to unleash on an International level.

Buttler and Enever are pretty certain to get EPS with the Reds from what I've heard. Also I heard somewhere JP Smith was in talks with one of the franchises, possibly wherever Ruan (his brother went).

2012 Rugby Championship Round 3 Game 1 Australia vs South Africa - 8 Sep

Not happy that Jake Shatz got dropped. But good to see names like McCabe, Tapuai, Shipperely, Neville and Cummins there.

    2012 – ITM CUP - NZ's 3rd Tier Competition

Good to see Tanaka and Horie being picked up by Otago. Two of Japan's standouts at the World Cup

Fainga'a and Samo in the GPS team. White named for Easts gives me a little more confidence, seeing as UJ has finally been dropped.

    Hypotheticals - 2013 Wallaby Positions

I honestly wasn't having a dig with that post, I picked what I thought would be our strongest team, then it occured that it is primarily Reds and Brumbies, which is for good reason.

Bok Squad for tour Down Under

Vermuelen, Goosen and Louw are all good selections. But hopefully Meyer saves them for when you play the All Blacks :P
