Sporting stats are always rubbery however they claim that senior men and women player numbers were up by 524(20%). Thats another 35 odd teams. coaches increased from 566 to 610. No mention of junior player numbers apart from school programs and touch 7s.....thats a worry

Sounds like the Broncs had the better skillset by reading the above. How was their scrummaging, lineout and general ruck work? Or when you say skillset was better, they were better at passing? anything else?

big fan of Hunt and the starch that he provides the midfield. An older head will be key with the younger backline. I met his family at the Saders game this season and apart from being lovely, seemed to be appreciative of the start that the Tahs gave him. Think he'll be in gold next year.

Nah- just like when despite the australian media’s irrational hyperbole about mungo’s place in the world, you have these examples of how it is going nowhere. Despite being all about money.. now global rugby is so big- i’ll keep enjoying watching...

If it makes anyone feel better the NRL GF saw their lowest ratings in 16 years. A measly 2.9 million.... I wonder how much Fox shelled out for the RWC - 48 games and pretty much 90% with decent ratings must see a decent return for them. Especially with Kayo as well.

I would have thought Penrith would have had a crack at subbies for a couple of years - start in Div 3 with 4 teams, build the foundations and move up through the divisions, win the DIV 1 club champs and then get accepted into Shute. I think its crazy they didn't at least stay alive in subbies..
