yes one penalty. A second where the ref call was “both down at the same time” but the reason was Tavai. Also multiple scrums before those where Rebels dominant via tight head but Reds holding straight and not going up or down.

He’s had a series of big scrums and is owning Ravai

Round 4 : Rebels v Reds. Friday Night (Melbourne)

LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) is going bloody well, but somehow with Uru I just don’t miss him so much

Sorry KOB are you saying that the coaching team abandoned Rennie? And was Eddies handicap?

For goodness sake. Eddie was not a result of a timing problem. Wanting Eddie was the reason for the timing problem. RA chose Eddie with all the issues such as assistants thereby creating the timing issue. AND publicised it as a major coup.

It's also excellent timing (judged on tweaking conditions for a more favourable contract negotiation) to be dropping the issue on the table - when Petaia is also up in the air. Double whammy for Reds. Likely also make any representations from Reds to RA all the more pointed. Personally after...

    Queensland Reds 2024

Ah, they were last weekend, sure (obvious). Hunter Paisami will slot straight back at 12 when he returns in my opinion. Josh Flook is another step up though - a complete lock on the #13 - I don't think 'm in a minority to suggest big wraps on the guy.

Fabulous player, but but funds need to be prioritised. I'll be wtching closely to see some consistency and not just malfeasance where Petaia is simply "lucky" due to timing.

With Suli - yes his opportunities have increased, yes his fitness seems improved, no he didnt clutch a hammy in Round 3 - first time I can remember. But ALSO - his defensive positioning and set up in attack was hugely improved last night. And mostly - gee he seemed to be enjoying himself.

Round 3: Reds vs Chiefs, 6:45pm AEST - Saturday 9th of March @ Suncorp

Some observations after watching the game and now looking at the espn stats: Our "lightwieght" locks get through a huge amount of work: Smith topped the tackle count and m run in the tight 5 with Uru topping distance made in tight across the tight 5 with 21m. With his time on the field...

Round 3: Reds vs Chiefs, 6:45pm AEST - Saturday 9th of March @ Suncorp

Second half territory was 77% Chiefs. Even with 50% Possession, not getting out of your own half with the ball AND the opposition pretty much having all the action with the ball - it's going to have an impact on the posts. That said, The Reds completely deserved the win and the performance...

Round 3: Reds vs Chiefs, 6:45pm AEST - Saturday 9th of March @ Suncorp

Chiefs are going to need a whole week for recovery, going to be some sore bodies there now coping with a flight. Tough price for a loss that they will have to be thinkign should have been otherwise. You wouldn't think that the Red pack was giving 50kgs away.
