Piss Off too many at Yoku? I reckon it'll piss off a lot more at Chippsy Wood. Very, very disappointing. The last bastion of loyalty in sport and the nest is being shat in.

I'm going to give Nic Berry a big thumbs up for his game last night. Plays a good advantage, communicates well with the players and gets out of the way & lets the game flow. I don't recall any contentious decisions. I think we'll be seeing him start to officiate in some important matches soon.

As it should be. Daugunu gave others a head start. They have taken their opportunities & it's now their places to lose.

Why drop a guy reeling off metres and line breaks. Along with rock solid defence and a crash ball option. Form players don't get dropped.

Or talent identification by those coaches accountable for results. Thorn & Lillycrap have done pretty well identifying the forward crop thus far.

It makes complete sense. Common sense.

Is Berry being judged to have had a shocker for issuing a yellow card instead of red? One decision? One that gets made umpteen times a season? Harsh!

JOC (James O'Connor) was awesome in the flyhalf role last week. Building a good repiore with McDermott. Leave the backline as it is. Good things are about to happen.

He'd potentially make a lot more money over a career in rugby, especially overseas. I'm sure there are a few more mitigating factors in place other than just money. Plus he can always chase the bigger rugby money abroad later after achieving all that can be achieved in the small league pools.

Wierd that Feao hasn't been on the bench past 2 games.

Was it Feao or Fotuaika out for the season? Or both? Surely Hoopert can't be far off. I thought he was close to returning in the Dalby trial. Definitely need some cavalry there! Was BPA injury a long term one?

I think they need to commit more bodies to the breakdown. Definitely left short there on a few occasions.

I'm more referring to the penalties the Reds didn't get their way that were as deserved as the ones they gave away. Minus Wright's yellow card and the scrum penalty 5 metres from their line. Without those piggybacks up field there sre no rolling mauls to defend badly.

But they wouldn't have lost to the maul tries if the penalties were even handed because the Jaguars wouldn't have been in that position. It's all they have, pretty much.

Yep, their backs remind me of soccer players diving for penalties. To be fair to today's ref, I don't think he bought any of it. But it's pathetic and sickening to witness.

He had a good game overall. Must have just made a couple of mistakes in the 5 minutes you tuned in.

He watches 5 minutes then complains how pointless it all is. I'm beginning to feel the same about his posts!

Some punters only seem to come out of the woodwork when things are going badly & love to wax lyrical on what they see is wrong. Nary a positive to be said. Ever. Reality is, the Reds got a bum deal in the first three weeks of the draw & have still come away with points on the log. I also don't...
