Wallabies v All Blacks Saturday 26th August at Forsyth Barr Stadium, Dunedin

I don't doubt his passion to win, but almost every whistle or supposed indiscretion he is reacting quite emotively in an almost uncontrollable way. Even when the whistle has gone the Wallabies way he "goes off". Quite unstable behaviour given the prevalence of it.

Personally I really like the green and yellow colour combination of the forum design.

Yeah only a man with supreme foresight and nous like Robbie Deans would make such a move :)

Despite conflicting reports, Laulala to start and Ofa to remain on the bench. JTA called into squad as cover only at this stage. Franks likely to be out a while. Big loss for the ABs.

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Derpus, what is the law that WARU are alleging the private arbitrator misapplied?

    Where to for Super Rugby?

It's not an appeal though. This is a first instance case where it appears from reports that WARU will argue that the ARU acted outside the terms of the agreement and therefore breached that agreement. What utility WARU is seeking is the most intriguing aspect.

I doubt it's needed WO. In a legal sense that's not the smoking gun. If it was made public or submitted to the court, the media will be all over it!

Interesting that the ARU have got Justin Gleeson SC as counsel. Former Commonwealth Solicitor General and an extremely good barrister in my view.

Killer, good to see you've kept your sense of humour through all this..........

Wallabies v All Blacks, Saturday 19th August, ANZ Stadium Sydney

I'm not a fan of any of that extra curricular stuff that is so common from many teams. Sonny Bill isn't usually involved in it (it's usually Retallick and Kaino doing that stuff), but I think that had more to do with an earlier scuffle where SBW and Foley were exchanging plenty of words and...

Fair enough BR. I was being a tad cheeky in my question. I realise it's a tough spot that OZ rugby is in and criticism is being flung to all corners as a result. Some fans are very upset, some are angry, some have given up, some try to move on and see some positives in a game, some feel let...

Crotty and Moody were tackling like demons and were subbed off together. Sonny Bill's errors went up thereafter as did a few others trying to push the play.

I'd love to know how are you holding "them" accountable BR?

Bring back Knuckles I say. All started to go downhill after what IMO was a knee jerk reaction to the RWC07 quarter final loss. But anyway all in the past now - as is Deans, Link and for the Wallabies sake hopefully Cheika. Call me old fashioned or even uptight, but the reactions of your head...

Crockett has been one our best impact players over he last two years. If TJP can keep his emotions in check he is very good. Romano has been a key bench player since he lost his starting spot to Retallick. Lima and Ofa are the real unknowns in what they can offer off the pine.

    Where to for Super Rugby?

I get all that and yes people of profile will always find time to meet when schedules are aligned. The time to meet isn't my point, it is that Twiggy is playing a game too. He's trying to leverage his profile with the media etc to get something he wants. ARU hasn't really engaged in his PR...

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Twiggy is playing the media game with this. Making his letter public was always going to create a story. I don't doubt his genuiness but as a person of significant profile he always has a media strategy. Plus I'm surprised he would've had time to meet given he has been doing the rounds this past...

    Where to for Super Rugby?

It doesn't sound like it's an appeal because there is no decision by a court or tribunal at first instance yet. An alleged breach of contract (Alliance Agreement) appears to be what is at stake.

I watched a double header early this morning. Not live but they were on.

KOB Crotty is the best defensive back the ABs have had since Conrad Smith. Watch him closely and he very rarely misses a tackle and his positioning is world class. That has been his strength for many years. Where he's improved since becoming an AB has been his support play and attacking game.
