    Qld Premier Rugby 2023

No Brisbane Test in 2023. https://www.rugbypass.com/news/no-eden-park-pain-for-wallabies-in-2023/

I take your point, and excellence and class will always shine through, but I would counter that teams who over-achieve based on the talent at their disposal generally do so whilst benefiting from an outstanding culture.

    Wallabies 2023

Knew I'd miss one! Yep - let's add him in of course, but instead of Foketi

    Wallabies 2023

Fair calls on both. I hope HJH (Harry Johnson-Holmes) is back in the mix. Also certainly hope Wilson is in the mix.

    Wallabies 2023

My 45 man, extended, squad, based on what I think the current Wallabies coaches would pick as opposed to my own choices (and no limit on foreigners at this stage): Prop: Slipper, Bell, Gibbon, Alaalaatoa, Tupou, Pone, Robertson (7) Hooker: Fainga'a, Latu, Porecki, L.Lonergan (4) Lock: Frost...

And he had a belter of a game.

6 Vics still a great result. Shows genuine progress.

10 with Vic Rugby/Rebels connection is truly awesome. I don't know how many are genuine Vic products, outside the obvious ones who aren't. Can somebody shed any light?

And The Other Autumn Internationals '22

Genuinely guts me every time I see Sione starting for Scotland - just never got a good run at it in Melbourne

    Rugby 7s general chat

Any reason why Josh Coward & Trae Williams don't get picked after winning the Stannard Shield?

    Rebels 2023

Team looks light on for mine, in a few areas. It is frustrating looking at the depth of Aussies Abroad and then seeing multiple Super Rugby squads that don't look capable of competing for higher honours. Hope I am wrong

Wallabies v Italy, Florence, Sun 13th Nov 12am AEDT

Disappointed Petaia doesn't get a start. Genuine x-factor, even if he has had an indifferent couple of years of form/injury/position swapping. Would have started him ahead of Wright.

They flew Billy Pollard to Argentina.. big future, but BPA would have been approached. Zero doubt in my mind.

Clearly BPA has committed to international unavilability, otherwise he would be 100% in the mix. Wonder if it means he will play for another nation when eligible (I think Samoa, but could be wrong..)

    Sevens 2022/23 (World Series etc)

I'm a massive wrap on this. 8 men's team, 4 women's, initially. All players from the World Series who want to go into a draft, any retired XVs players who want to back themselves (performance/marketing wise). In an ideal world, it'd happen down under in December and you'd get Super Rugby &...

    Aussie Player Exodus

Richard Hardwick is in the latest Namibia squad, coached by former Springbok coach Alister Coetzee

We are extremely lucky not to be 0-2. We should be picking a strong squad and not rotating unless absolutely necessary

Kyle Godwin is at Lyon, has played 9 Top 14 games.

Love to see Sefa in the mix!

Has to be Noah at 10. I'm a Rennie fan, but the way that they have managed this kid over the last two years - in and out, originally not picked for last year's spring tour, filtered to media that he almost missed this year's - must be playing with his head. Give him a start and let him build...
