Vest is really a #6 and Uru a 6/8, the lack of locks is killing us. Thought Vest was busy enough when he came on, he didn’t get picked for his height.

Positive for me was how composed Lynagh looked when he came on. His kicking is a level up on JOC (James O'Connor).

The bench confused me, especially when you had a rookie at 12. Did Fraser play the last 10 or so in the centres? Maybe the Reds’ coaching staff thought they could win with whoever playing wherever?

Agree nobody wants to travel for just a few games, but think the Downs would most likely have the numbers. The bigger issue would be what it potentially does to their own comp.

Yep a straight swap would ideal, but the Reds have proven life in rugby is rarely simple. More concerned about what might happen at 12 to be honest, as in a forced sub. Either of Lynagh/Annan or Lynagh/JOC (James O'Connor) as a defending combination rings a few alarm bells.

Will be interesting to see who moves where when both Lynagh and Vunivalu hit the pitch. No forced substitutions would be a nice start....

Think any club added would need to be from outside Brisbane, in terms of talent already on the ground the Darling Downs would be most likely to have the numbers required maybe?

Ideally you would want a bigger in the 12 channel, but he reads the play well and technically is a good defender. Just think he is the best option of who are remaining if Paisami, Henry and Creighton are all out for this weekend.
