"...we couldn't execute it to its fullest... " Didn't say we "couldn't execute it at all".

It's not unusual for teams to consistently have an overarching game plan. I'll pass on re-thinking about Richard F. Graham's game plan of mathematical correlation without understanding of causation, but I would suggest Thorn has migrated us towards the typical game plan that most NZ teams have...

While i am cognizant that the japan team is verging on their actual test team, and the australians are clearly an "a" team - I think i am most disappointed in how the australians have performed in contact. It's the lack of cohesion in our forwards that is the issue and how they don't seem to...

He just looks like he has no idea about what is happening in the game! He's been in training camps enough but not playing matches, so I am sure @Adam84 would share my bemusement in just how he has literally no game sense whatsoever.

yeah - I understand what you said. I think playing rugby matches is better for game sense. practice just does not do that in any way shape or form.

Thing I really like about Jock is he is clearly a fullback, knows how to fullback, plays like a full back and probably knows how to spell it. Wallaby selectors will probably see that as a really good option for one of the wing positions.

So is Tate completely out of the picture for the Wallabies? He fell out of favour of the selectors in the Rugby Championship (so is he 3rd favourite?), and he doesn't get selected for Australia A (so that makes him behind Lonergan as well)? Is he injured?

Japan bossing australia in the contact area - our rucks (and forward work) also seem really disjointed. *edit* and Vunivalu really needs some serious game time. he is looking completely lost out there.

Rather have no commentary - particularly if Sean is gonna sit there doing his best impression of doing an asmr with a lozenge

Whitelock did not release the ball. Freakish tbh. My thought when I saw the ball flip over was that he let it go, but the replay clearly was in his control the whole time. Brilliant. I can't recall the "jump" one tbh.
