Who would have thought that it was Lilo's kicking that would be the problem! I thought Harris played his role very well though.

    G&GR MOTM AUS v SCO

3 Folau 2 Moore 1 Cooper Also hard to leave Horwill, Mowen, Fardy, Genia and Hooper out. Cooper and Folau are now almost indispensable as far as our attack is concerned - everything revolves around them. Folau also makes 1-2 try saving tackles per game.

They went close to beating the Lions despite JOC (James O'Connor) at 10 not because of it. Who knows if they had different tactics and different 10 that they might have not needed a last minute kick to beat them. Don't forget we also relied on individual brilliance from Genia and Folau to get our tries.

    are the IRB nuts ?

He grabbed his legs lifted and then tried to set him back down when he realised how far up he had lifted. Just wait until this happens to an All Black and we will see if you have the same opinion.

I like it. Harris is the closest swap for To'omua. He is a strong runner and front on defender. Lilo is a ball playing outside centre that I have been wanting to see for a while (generally talking about JOC (James O'Connor) playing there). Lilo will play more like a Conrad Smith than a Mortlock. It is a risk...

I think we have to keep players in their current positions as much as possible. 10 cooper 11 Tomane 12 Lilo 13 14 15 Folau Fill in around them. Ps the word on the street is that Phipps was the drunk one, so I doubt we will see him on the bench.

It would be a bomb fest from Scotland. Prefer Foley on the wing.

CFS started at 13 for the Reds this year. I don't think Harris did.

Seems a bit co-incidental that most players that were suspended are in the 23 while apart from Fardy the ones reprimanded were outside the 23? Seems this happened last week - cynics might say there was going to be a change of team for Scotland anyway - pretty convenient game to suspend players...

    Wallabies have a drinking problem?

Looks like a crackdown on something that would have been ignored previously or by many other teams currently.

I reckon Cummins is more effective a cleaning out at the ruck than half our forwards. Low body height, effective contact and good leg drive.

Agree - I wasn't saying Quirk would be better than Browning, just better than Schatz.

3 Folau 2 Moore 1 Cummins Also thought Mowen had a much better game. Was often the one spoiling and slowing the ball for Ireland and leading to turnovers.

It seems when Cooper goes off the organisation of the backline really takes a knock. It might just be the end of game craziness, but I suspect Cooper is also much better at getting the troops in position than To'omua or Lilo.

    Reds 2014

I think Quirk will end up the better player of those two, so Browning to come in for Schatz. That would make a quick backrow if a little undersized.

Italy v Australia, Sunday Nov 10 2013, Stadio Olimpico

No I don't think he should have been although he did all that was asked of him very well. Folau and Cooper were more integral in breaking the Italian defense down.

Robinson himself has noted he has failed to make an impact from the bench - he said that before this game. I think he deserves a start, as does Kepu, but I don't think there has been a significant difference to the scrum with them on the field. The scrum has been inconsistent the whole time.

No reason? Apart from you obvious bias and self confessed hate for Genia? Oh and you've dropped one of our top performers in Cooper to move To'omua to 10 even though he has looked much better at 12! Did you not see the difference in the backline structure when Cooper went off?

We were leading by around 20 points when most of the bench came on. Were we not doing well before that point? Better drop every player that got replaced then - Slipper, Moore, Alexander, Timani, Hooper, Genia, Cooper, Cummins I assume you agree? Apart from - Moore, Alexander, Hooper of course.
