Halves always perform better behind a dominant pack, such as the Crusaders. In the Wellington test, Mo'unga did not enjoy the time or space he has been used to, & he got hit big time on a number of occasions (whether late or not), hence poor decisions start to creep into his game.

Forget about fairness. This is a rugby test, where you put your best players on the field. If Petaia is fit, then he's the man. I think even Paisami would agree with that sentiment.
