One of Hansen's great strengths is that he is a great selector, made easier by the depth of talent. Cheika's selections make no sense half the time so maybe someone asking him why he changes his locks every week and is there any chance we can see someone else at 10 will help.

O'Connor's a good option in my view. He's been involved at a high level as a coach and now has time to watch plenty of rugby. I'd be worried if they went with someone who had just retired, the Drew Mitchell effect could become an issue, not wanting to say anything bad about his mates.

I'm not. The Academy squads for 2019 are already picked. Unless the policy is changed a lot of Boys wont have a rep team to play for in 2019.

This isn't the case. To play for the Aust U18 team you have to be in one of the academy teams. If you aren't in the teams in June and September then you wont be selected for Australia.
