OS, Your idea of a senior comp that still awards a winner within each comp is something I, and others, have put forward over the last few years. To be brutally honest the idea got punished by a lot of GPS people, I get it, but the CAS and ISA also care about their own comps. I have always...

Agree Ace, and I am a Waverley parent on the supporters committee so I am sure I would have heard about it, if it happened, for sure! Sounds very dubious to me. I was at that game at QP and my memory of the 1sts game was a cracker 49-47 to Joeys, 1 conversion goal missed out from 14...

Iloverucks, you may well be right in the end, but not sure how, at the moment, you think it's an open race this year.

My apologies L2S, I gave olderslower a rap for picking the Waves today, in fact it was you who got it right, nice call!

You were not alone Rod, Ha. This age group has always been strong through the years. It does appear that the CAS Rep side will be strong, but they are such different games to school you never know.

Waves also had a few out. I think most schools are currently suffering from the Flu!

Hi Rod, we may be set for another showdown at Death Valley later! There have been some terrific games between these 2 schools over the last few years, and Knox will also most certainly be in this mix, we play Knox at Knox.

    CAS Rugby 2022

Yes this is true, Waves 46 Shore 19. It has taken a while for this good team on paper to play well on grass! Today they were the superb, CAS comp is now not just a 2 horse race.

Yep H, that is the recipe that works, our school, Waves have many boys who play/have played for Randwick Junior Club sides each Sunday for years. It's that playing together, combination forming, and extra game playing that makes a huge difference come school games.

J and W, great summation of the current Rugby position, and the other codes. Like all prosperous businesses, it all starts at the top, and until the ARU realizes where to prioritize it's fund spending, ie from grass roots up, we will get what we have got for the last 15+ years, and it will keep...

View beat Waves 22-8. Better side won, but can't see either challenging for their respective comps.

Snort, I know you are aware, but for those who aren't, if it helps in filling out the CAS Rugby winners each year in your analysis, refer to the CAS Rugby Winners website...

Snort, I have been locked out for quite a while, I kept asking for a new password (don't know why the old 1 didn't work as per previous), and the mods never sent me an email with a way to change the password, anyway, I have fixed it with a new email address. My take guys so far from 2 games...
