Wallabies v Springboks - Adelaide Oval, Sat 27th August, 2022

I don't think it's luck at all Viking. Poor option taking by the Springbok. It's similar to what we had under Chieka. If Pollard had knocked those two kicks over earlier, I guarantee they would have opted for the points as they could trust keeping the scoreboard ticking over. It's similar to...

What's the incentive for Rennie to lie about Taylors departure? It's entirely possible that Taylor jumped before he was pushed and that Rennie is saying a few words to save face, but he doesn't normally come off as a guy who would lie about the reasons?

Is training for Prem's still two nights a week? So just drive up the M1 on a Tuesday and Thursday afternoon and hit up the McDonald's next to Crosby Park on the way home after training?

Isn't the Wallaby camp at Sanctuary Cove and James from IG seems to have a place down the coast? So he may as well train with the Wallabies to stay fit rather than up in Brisbane?

Hopefully ASIC are busy making Wallaby bucket hats!

    Reds 2023

Heenan would be better off in a role that allows him to grow rather than setting himself up for failure by being thrown in the deep end as the Reds HC. It's not like Brisbane City was a stand out in the 2018 NRC competition .....

    Are you one of those "don't Vax me bro" too? Hell, look at the number of All Blacks playing NPC this weekend;

No problem with Foley being pulled into the squad. He was never a bad 10. A horrible kicker, but as a flyhalf he was solid. Thankfully Marika, Hunter, Len, Jock, Hodge and Jordan can all kick, so no need to let Foley kick.

Perhaps for props like HJH (Harry Johnson-Holmes), but 6 months and it's healed. Then you've got 1-3 months of fitness and conditioning. Hodges's second rupture had him playing in 8 months and he wasn't known for being a model professional when it came to looking after his body.

I was going to say, his foot slipping out underneath him which in turn, over stretched his Achilles caused it to go boom rather than his calf. Quade went under the knife last week and has 13 months until the RWC which is double the expected Achilles recovery period. I'd also not compare a 7'...

    Argentina v Australia II @ 5.10am 14/08

Ah yes, it's the S&C program failure a player is concussed. I don't think we've had a soft tissue injury since Bell in Brisbane (or was it Sydney?).

Slippers penalty shows how much of a mess the current ruck interpretation is. Pablo wasn't supporting his bodyweight, nor was he in a position to get the ball or was there even a clear release of a tackled player by the Pumas. Hopefully we'll see some players punished for a poor performance...

I guess with Korobeite in the team, if Foley plays, we'll still have a back that can do clearing kicks more than 20m.

Sounds like the Wallabies need to find whoever did Tom Carters strapping and bring them in to keep everyone upright.

Wasn't there talk about all the soft tissue injuries being because of how much it rained down the Gold Coast ?

Nah - through injuries alone we've blooded enough people, time to claw back some of that win % and climb up the world rankings if we can bit by bit.

    Refereeing decisions

You watch, all it will take next year, is for the Irish to cop a red card like the Welsh did in 2011, there will be a full on meltdown, riots will happen and the rules change to be 20 minute red cards.

    Argentina v Australia Sun, 7/8/2022, 5:10 am

I'll back Quade to return playing the J-League before their season ends next year. Timing wise he's got 14 months until the RWC. Plenty of time to get it fixed and get more games under his belt before next years Rugby Championship. Hodges did his when he was 31/32 (and wasn't as strict with...

All Blacks tour of South Africa

Can you lot just wait until the RC is over and we have a fighting chance to get the Bledisloe back before punting Fraser?

    Wallabies 2023

I'd imagine Frost would move out of the 23 and either Rory goes to start with Philip on the bench or vice versa. Did anyone catch who was Captain when James went off? I can only think it went to Hodge?
