    Wallabies 2024

UTR, Wright just put in a really top class performance against the ladder leading Canes, consistent with his form all year. As good as Kellaway is, or can be, Tom is currently a stand out performer in the 15 slot.

    Round 10 : Reds v Blues

How would you get 2 bonus points Reg? Reds didn't score 3 more tries than the Blues did they?

    Round 10 : Reds v Blues

I dislike box kicks as much as anyone. I don't really see the point of them when they don't give anywhere near a 50% chance of regaining possession. And to put one up in your own 22m is just crazy. Some go out on the full gaining 5 - 10m territory at best while those that stay in just hand over...

    Round 10 : Reds v Blues

And Dru he didn't disappoint. He is a real step up on Thomas.

    Wallabies 2024

Pedigree but very little form based on yesterday's efforts. Similar story with Carter Gordon, but I'd still have him before any of the others.

Round 10: Waratahs v Chiefs. Friday 26th April 7:35 pm

As far as falcons go, I thought it was a beauty.

Round 10: Waratahs v Chiefs. Friday 26th April 7:35 pm

That was disappointing after a good showing in the first half. Starting to think Max Jorgensen isn't the saviour at 15. His defence one on one is very suspect (as we should expect given his age and experience). Harrison also offered no more, and possibly less than Edmed at 10. Gleeson is a mere...

Round 10: Waratahs v Chiefs. Friday 26th April 7:35 pm

Go Tahs. A big second half coming up.
  9. Brumby Runner

    Wallabies 2024

Yep, I can agree that a lot of his errors are related to not using the ball and seeing promising movements dying. But he is also guilty of some absolutely atrocious passing episodes. In an earlier game this year (perhaps against the Tahs - I can't remember right now) he sent a no-look pass to...

    Round 10: Crusaders v Rebels

I'm sorry, but I don't expect you to win another.

    Round 10: Crusaders v Rebels

I think the bubble surrounding Talakai and Gibbon has been burst.

    Round 10: Brumbies v Hurricanes Sat 27th 2.35PM @ GIO STADIUM

Beat me LostatSea. That is an almost Super Rugby side for the Runners. Hope to get there early enough to watch the game tomorrow.

    Wallabies 2024

I would pick and stick with Carter Gordon myself. Goal kicking would have to be a project for him or someone else in the side.

    Wallabies 2024

Could do a lot worse Wilson.
  15. Brumby Runner

    Wallabies 2024

Nah, he's had some moments of absolute brain explosions. Good as he is, he is not in outstanding form at 15 and his history through U20s and early days at Super Rugby says he's a better wing than 15.

Super Rugby Pacific 2024 The Run Home

Or only cross the Tasman in a Champions Cup style tournament at the end of separate Super Rugby competitions.

    Melbourne Rebels 2024

While it it important and very desirable for the Rebels to survive, we should remember that any win against RA will ultimately be at further cost to the other franchises. I hope the Rebels find a way to remain but not where the cost is borne by the Brumbies et al putting their futures even more...

    Australian Rugby / RA

But are they the right people, Dru? We don't want to go to war with the wrong people and see our position deteriorating. Or is it better to let more time go by to see how they perform? Just keep our powder dry atm?

    Round 10: Brumbies v Hurricanes Sat 27th 2.35PM @ GIO STADIUM

Starting XV James Slipper (Queanbeyan Whites) Billy Pollard (Uni-Norths Owls) Allan Ala'alatoa (Uni-Norths Owls) Darcy Swain (Tuggeranong Vikings) Cadeyrn Neville (Uni-Norths Owls) Rob Valetini (Western Districts) Rory Scott (Canberra Royals) Charlie Cale (Uni-North Owls) Ryan Lonergan (C)...

    Round 10 : Reds v Blues

Five changes to the Blues starting side and another three on the bench Reg, likely to take a lot of heat out of the Blues attack. Golden opportunity for the Reds to get the W.
