I think your'e missing the point. Yes, GPS is historically have been much better than the CAS. This is however changing, Barker, Waverley and Knox are all as good as these other schools now despite lack of tradition, and the fact they have fewer boys to choose from. The world is changing.

This is a really good point, haven't thought of it like that before. It could very much make importing an already bigger issue than it already is. However, the "ear piece fiasco" is not at all true. There was no ear pieces, no contact from coaches to players, it was largely blown out of proportion.

Yes. I definitely should have clarified. This would be in the 1xv and possibly 2xv. Whilst CAS rugby is definitely improving, it's definitely not there yet to compete with the GPS across all levels
