Can confirm NordVPN will work for getting into stan from Portugal, I was using it there less than a month ago

    Waratahs 2025

It makes sense this is what they landed on when you consider the quality of the graphics in general this year.

    Waratahs 2025

Feels a bit like after copping flack for posting the Raiwalui appointment with a photo of him in a Fiji shirt they've tried (badly) to cover up other teams logos in the graphic and it hasn't gone well.

    Waratahs 2025

Feels oddly appropriate, for those of us in QLD and I imagine the ACT signing for the tahs is a sort of death.

    Wallabies v Wales, 6 July

Given the amount Rodda played (or more importantly didn't play) I'd expect it was Williams doing plenty of calling at the Force. I imagine the call is probably between Williams and Wright for this game. Might depend on who Schmidt wants to play for 80, but he could also be looking to share some...

    Waratahs 2025

3 year term is a good to see, he's going to need a decent runway to get the tahs back to something reasonable and hopefully build some enduring stability.

    Western Force 2025

I hope they pick him or one of the 3 other rebels tightheads (Fa'amausili, Talakai and Eloff) up. Any of them would be a big step forward for that Force tight five, probably even over Medrano.

    Australian Rugby / RA

Really great to have that locked in long term, adds that bit more stability for the game and it's finances. Also well and truly puts to bed McLennan's threats about loosing them if he was to be "speared".

Against Japan, started at 8 but was at centre for ~15 minutes or so at the back end of the game: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/rugby-union/2024/06/22/ben-earl-centre-steve-borthwick-england-japan-analysis/

Makes sense to try him out there. Big, powerful centres have been so valuable at this level the last few years, with guys like Raboiliku and Siakasini being real difference makers in the past. Feels like it's worth the risk and some teething pains if you can exploit that mismatch.

    Wallabies v Wales, 6 July

I think it probably speaks to how changeable the side is at the moment with Schmidt keen to try players out, particularly around the locks. I thought Smith was pretty flat against the Chiefs, so I can understand them looking to give him a couple of weeks off and maybe bringing him in later. Not...

And if Daugunu stays on the field he has plenty of time with that grouping too.

    Queensland Reds 2025

Not sure how much club time there will be for the Reds squad, but I think it's reasonable to expect Gatland will also be using more of his squad for this game and a fair few of them probably won't have played much rugby since arriving in Australia either.

    Queensland Reds 2024

He has already relocated to QLD and given Les said Canham is joining the squad next week it's safe to assume Daugunu does too. Their contracts are already covered by RA, doesn't make sense to have them off unattached for ~6 months.

    Queensland Reds 2024

I don't think we'll get both Flook and Daugunu back, not with Ikitau under an injury cloud. We'll probably get one of them to slot into 13 though.

    Waratahs 2025

It's always interesting to see what draw a coach has for their former players, but it could also be former Brumbies who've moved on the past few years that McKellar draws in - Pete Samu, Folau Fainga'a, Irae Simone, Scott Sio, Tom Banks, Rory and Ritchie Arnold, Joe Powell, Isaak Fines, Bayley...

    Ballymore Redevelopment

The reality is if hockey had a good case to make for a specific facility they would've made it along time ago. At the moment they are making as much noise as they can to get a piece of the pay which is understandable, but they're yet to put forward a particularly compelling argument or even...

    Wallabies 2024

I think there will definitely be some consideration to dropping Queensland players out to play Wales on the weekend of that Georgia test, but I doubt it would be entirely without them. I expect Schmidt will want to hang onto the front line wallabies he intends to play in his rugby championship...
