Possibly non-availability of Coogee and NSO because of cricket?

Very strong age group, with the equivalent of one full team playing in various opens teams. The arrival of AFL has unfortunately impacted on the depth of teams which went down to 13Gs in 13s.

If the ARU were serious about promoting youth rugby they'd invest in junior club based structures of their own instead of trying to piggy back off schools. You're free to believe whatever you want but this thread is for GPS rugby. Start a new thread if you want to discuss some sort of other...

Your post comes up every year. How about go and start a new thread for that discussion and leave us to discuss the rugby. You've been answered by quite a few people and just because you don't like the answer you start insulting people.

Some results from Stanmore yesterday. Even though the firsts lost to a very good Kings team, they were in the game for a long time. With so many Year 10 and 11 boys it's a promising outlook for the future. 1sts Kings def Newington 14-29 2nds Kings def Newington 19-22 3rds Kings def Newington...

Does this intervention involve Joeys style malfunctioning clocks or (slang used by low IQ schoolboys) systems, or the more traditional Jesuit collapsing goal posts?

After tipping Newington to defeat Riverview last week, I received a visit from some Jesuit Inquisitors last Sunday night.

Games this week: Scots v Shore at Bellevue Hill Scots find themselves in the unfamiliar position of being winless after 2 games and facing the also winless Shore boys. After the hammering by Joeys last week, it's hard to see Shore winning this although I'm sure that they'll give it...

Almost everything can be deemed suspicious if you choose to make it so. Some might be suspicious that many new boarders also seem to be good rugby players whilst others may say that it's because there are vacancies. But nobody can enrol at any school day boy or boarder unless there is room, so...

Tipping someone to beat them isn't actually 'disputing their ability,' it just means someone has a different opinion to yours. I notice that you tipped Riverview to beat Kings last week. Does that mean that you disputed the ability of the Kings team?

Of course. But imagine the comments some would be making if roles were reversed and a Newington team suddenly became competitive with an influx of boarders. ;)

My Clutch keeps glitching over to the 1sts Volleyball every 2 or 3 minutes  so I'm watching Manly v Warringah.

It's to accommodate TAS in the 3rds as when you add the TAS and Newington teams together it means that it's about the same number for the other schools to play against in a 'normal' season.

There are up to 10 eligible 16A players playing 1sts or 2nds at any one week. Coupled with 8 new arrivals in the boarding house at Lane Cove it has an impact. Prior to today Riverview hadn't won any game in this age group since Year 7 to my knowledge.
