Not sure where he came from but him, no.5 Valeni (spelling) and also of course Penca dominated yesterday. I really hope these sorts of players get a look in NRC time - because QBN have prob the best back row in the comp and plently of standout players... Anyone know what the store was with...

Sadly this is the whole issue with Aussie Rugby at the moment.

It really is struggle town to get teams for some clubs this year, Qbn no 4th's after winning the comp last year! Easts no 4ths, hardly a 3rd's, heard Vikings are struggling for numbers in 3rds and 4ths - what is going on? Great to see Easts getting a win on Saturday - I honestly hope they keep...

Ohhh didn't know SC Club was a backer for Royals/Wests. Totally agree in regards to Tuggeranong having players in 2nds/3rds/4ths that could easily play 1sts/2nd's at any club - same goes for Qbn - the thing is though is how do clubs attract players like that over to their clubs? How do clubs...

Not sure about replays - Iveiw was great if you missed the game though. I thought it was ok - prob not to the standard of what ABC was at - i.e interviews, half time "show", etc - but was still really good and the key is that its being shown on TV - lets hope its longer than 1 season....

Agree - the way players are going these days he could be the Wallabies outside centre for the next 10 years. Remeber Ah Wong is older than Kuridrani also - its not like he is a fresh faced 19 yr old.

Shute Shield is great - but I dont think its any stronger than the ACT and QLD comps - maybe even abit weaker than the QLD comp? - def not the 3rd tier - as mentioned above you cant have a state comp as the 3rd tier comp - it needs to be national.

Tim Cree would have to get a gig - if I was him and I wasnt signed onto a fulltime contract by somebody next year I would be going overseas. Unless the Vikings are currently paying him more than an overseas contract? Cant see them paying him more than a top14 side/prod2 side in France?
