Not sure mate, would love to see Dennis get a run at 9 and possibly hales at 10.
Thought this was a union forum if you want to talk about league and Nudgee college NRL icons you can go to a NRL forum. Oh wait, there is no such thing. No wonder our game is failing, because there are people like you that try to bring us down to a level where passion for union gets diluted by off-topic chatter. If you cared as much about growing the code as you do about name-dropping league schools, you'd know this forum is for backing the game we love—not derailing it.
Hey mate just to touch on that possibility of Dennis 9 and Hales 10. That is a great take, however personally, I would love to see Dennis run at 9 and control the game as it should be played, keep Clifford at 10 because of his pure leadership and role model type gameplay, and that would push Hales to the wing. Not only would this see Hales excel with a bit of extra space, but would also utilise his kicking and footwork skills that I am sure he has been working on this off season. Thanks

I don't really have much of an idea about GPS rugby, but I strongly believe that Bennett Armistead (NC) will make a strong campaign in the row. However, I have heard rumours that his cut-out try assist last year against Churchie has put him as the front runner for the flyhalf position in the NC XV.
I think TGS have a very strong backline this year, Sam Elms at 9, who gives quick service and is arguably the best defender in that TGS side. Cooper Brown at 10, electric with footy in hand and coming off a stellar 16A’s season. On the wings Adam Davis and Isiah Wuruki, AD has proven himself already as arguably the best winger in the comp last year and Isiah a debutant with quick feet and reliable in defence. In the centres the Bulldogs own, Luke Burrow at 12, he’s not the biggest player on the field but he’s got heart and he’ll put his body on the line, against BBC alone he chopped Tai Taka twice causing him to knock the footy on. At 13 the new fella Petelo Maka, who troubled BBC and has a great balance of size and speed. And at 15, Myles Rosemond, signed by the cowboys for good reason. You can’t predict his movements and when he gets going he’s practically unstoppable, he’ll be one to keep your eyes on this year. If the TGS backline can gel together well and complement each others strengths, the 150 dream might just come true.
Has had a sprained ankle for 16 weeks, good to see his physio is not rushing into anything and taking his time. This will hopefully get him right for the season
Tusi played 8 last week against BBC and is listed again this week v GT. Jack played 9 last week, and this week it is Sam's go. Not sure if they've decided on a 9 yet.
Tell me more about Michael Beirne and Rupter McGrath. haven't heard of these boys before.
