NSW AAGPS 2025

Nothing short of domination in the first half for Waverley. Severely undermanned Shore battling to hold on. I dont think they entered the other 22 once. Mistakes and penalties aplenty, the pressure is getting to them. Not helping with Armati out with a shoulder problem early and Clout with a sin bin.

Jeez getting ugly. Hopefully Armati ok as we're short on front rowers this year. The Waverly forwards are giants.

Structure was pretty average. Don't think everyone knew where they needed to be.

Lots of silly errors shot themselves in the foot - Things like charged down kicks (there were minimum 5), knock ons, kicks out on the full, poor positioning in backfield allowing 50/22s

and overall Waverley were just bigger, stronger and played with more speed in attack. Shore got stunned it seems.

Not to panic stations yet. Severely undermanned team.

3s impressed me though. Very classy players.

Waverley 10 was first class vs a very new combination for Shore in the backs. Tight five might need a shuffle for Shore. All the youngsters stepping up for sure will be better for a game in 1’s vs a solid Waverley team. Changes to be made for next trial to see where all are at. Great to be back on the sidelines in the sun va last years rain and cold!!!

I've never seen so many kicks for touch not go out in any game of rugby. Seriously, each team has some significant work to do.
