Barnes has also looked good with every opportunity.
Agreed Gits had a great game and I have always been a fan. Where can RD rotate a little to get the most out of his squad?
If not a start for Berrick then maybe a solid 30 - 40 mins on the park.
Agreed, if had played any rugby of note in the last 3 months, you don't stick a guy in to a Bled match with no game time for that long

IMO neither Turner or Hynes would be classed as "absolute standouts" either.
I really like Hynes but there are match fitness concerns. Turner has become the flavour of the month without really doing anything, he was dropped from the squad 2 months ago and I don't beleive he has played wing since, albeit a few games with Eastwood at 13. McCabe had a great Super 14 and recieved Rookie of the Year. Cummins has great pace and size. I just don't think we are limited to just one choice and it's a great opportunity for whoever chosen to put their hand up.

Cummins? No thank you. I think he has long term potential, but if we want our own version of Habana (in last weeks form), someone to abandon the wing in defense or rush up into no mans land, sure, he's the guy for the job.
McCabe may be a good pick, can't comment as I've only seen him play three or four times.
Turner may be getting a lot of attention for free, but I think a good defensive winger is a must. That said, Hynes is also a good defender and has worked on his kicking. Turner is probably the faster of the two, so I'd go with him.

Turner has been playing both 13 and Wing for Eastwood all season and playing very well, he covered 13 as Bennett was wounded, since he returned he was back on the wing Neither of the other options has been playing wing in club McCabe has been playing 15 for Waringah, Cummins has been playing 13 for Randwick

Turner and Hynes have played international rugby and against the ABs. The point was the McCabe has to be an absolute standard out to force his way into the side in such a big game.
With Hynes not match fit, I think its gotta be Turner. He deserves it after an excellent S14 and has then gone back to club and played damn well, from all reports (the try v was it Sydney Uni? from the kick off was all class). We should be rewarding that type of play.

Mitchell just as fast as both. But he has added more to his game these days than just his out and out pace.
It needs to be Turner coming in. Surely he is super fired up. If he's not going to play then what was the point on pulling him (and the others) out of the 7s program. Turner to start, even if Robbie is using it as justification of taking him to SA.

the wallaby game plan of late has been to hold onto the ball- turner is a great runner of the ball and i dont know if hes scared of getting hurt or what but all hes done in the last two years is kick the ball away- its painful
