It is time for the nomination phase of the G&GR Test Team of the Year. Please nominate players for the loose forwards by jersey number and player's name. The player must have played a minimum of 3 tests this year in the nominated position. Nominations will close on Wednesday at 12pm.

for the purposes of this, can Juan Smith be deemed a "6" - it is where he plays in "Aus" speak

No worries, I realised after I posted the thread that I had put numbers in the loose forward section whereas I should have left it as open / blindside flanker. When the voting threads go up players will be sorted accordingly.

6. Richie (I shudder at the thought of a team with McCaw and Pocock)
7. David Pocock
8. Kieran Read

8. Kieran Read

Richie or Pocock is the only position with any real debate in my mind.
Kaino has been an absolute stand out and no-one is within a bulls roar of Read at 8.
