Yeesh, guys just not aligning well defensively and leaving space in the wrong places, Bokke making them pay for it.

Making the final outside of Gold Coast is still an impressive achievement for Aussie John and the Tbolts.

Trying to catch as many matches as I could between USA and Australia the biggest disappointment with USA and largest point of difference between the two squads (besides tactical, strategical, etc - Australia doesn't have a Carlin Isles or Perry Baker) was the ability of Australia to maintain dominance once they got the upper hand in a match, they looked well composed and honestly better coached than they did before Aussie John stepped in.

And we've gone down 33-7. Oh well, great effort by us. SA were on another level, when they beat NZ 28-0 you know we did okay. Well done to Geriant John.

Got any thoughts on what Mike Friday brings to the USA, and if he's what they need? One thing I noticed was that Isles is playing a little more comfortably now, seems to have a better idea of where he needs to be and is making a few more tackles, and Perry Baker could be this year's Colin Isles. Madison Hughes has promise written all over him.
